Every American CFO I've known was really tall, as well as many company founders and exec salesmen. The only areas in life where I haven't seen height demand status are arts and sciences. I think there is a cyclical benefit from men being physically larger to gaining respect from other men to thereby gain attention from women causing more gained respect from men.
