2	Best ways to dance? Biggest confidence booster I've had in a while: Last week a girl pointed at me during a concert and told her boyfriend he should dance like me. Never thought I had moves but after a year of getting drunk at clubs with the attitude "I'm going to make an ass of myself dancing and not care" helped. Another way to "strip off" dance anxiety is to make a playlist of catchy songs you like and dance naked in front of a mirror. Extremely unsettling at first but you really get over yourself.
