5	Woman caught shoplifting claims police deputy ‘a big white male, bald, green eyes’ groped her during pat down & later raped her on way to jail. Oops in-car video shows it was a female officer. I keep saying it. The penalty for making false claims against some should be the same as the penalty that the accused would have been looking at. So if someone is lying about being raped and the sentence for rape is say 10 years, then the liar should be looking at 10 years. And if your argument is against that is 10 years for lying is too much, then don't lie. Don't make things up to destroy people.
