5	Fitness question, what are some exercises that will work my chest without putting much strain on my shoulder? Hey man so I tore my labrum had surgery 3 years ago and still get pain. Honestly it's going to take some experimenting. But fuck barbell bench. Forget it existed, it's dead to you now. Dumbbells only. I repeat dumbbells only. They will work the stabalizer muscles in each individual shoulder and that will also strengthen your shoulder. Also warm that bitch up. Stretch and do some rotator cuff isolation movements.
