I would definitely agree that we don't have all the information. But even with what we do know. She left him for the biological father. I just don't understand how the court could think this is right. If she had left him for some third guy after say a few years. I would then say it was more reasonable to make him pay support. Well he obviously went to court to try and not support the child after the woman left him. He was agreeing based on the idea that he would be with the woman raising the child as his own. She fucked him over.
