Could be, could not be. The entire point of a business is to make money for it’s owners, isn’t it. Looking at google trends however, this project is beginning to boom. If they do manage to turn it into anything close to what they’re envisioning, then the early investors or “landowners” would end up turning quite a profit.

I have a condo and i love it. All you have to do is pay the bills and all of the problems get taken care of for you by others. Of course i’ve also spent some money remodelling my condo, but that’s nothing compared to the amount of work a house needs. With a condo you’re also closer to the city, the entertainment, food deliveries and all other services. Lower commute times. All in all with a condo you’re pretty much trading money for more free time.
