And looking up Oklahoma law revealed that contrary to its name, forcible sodomy can just mean giving a 15-year-old head. -1	Female teacher gets 10 years for sex with student That's pure speculation. We can't know what reasons made her plead guilty. Assuming that the defense was totally incompetent has no basis. 1	Female teacher gets 10 years for sex with student I agree that the punishment is extremely disproportional to the crime committed. Despite that the relationship might not be as consensual as you might think since she pleaded guilty to forcible sodomy. That's the absurdity of the American justice system.
