| 2 | Weight loss: Exercise versus diet.no you dont need to cut pasta out. You also dont need to cut potatoes or bread. Op said it because there is a lot of carbs in them and you gotta make sure you dont go overboard with your carbs as its pretty easy. I eat pasta all the time and im losing weight just fine.. I also eat burgers and fries and some chocolate now and again. Just make sure you count the calories and dont go above the deficit line by much | /r/TheRedPill | 01/09/16 04:27 AM |
| 1 | Weight loss: Exercise versus diet.I used to be 25% bf now im around 9-10% and i got there eating pasta, potatoes and bread. (also doing IF) eating 2-3 big meals which many times was a nice cheeseburger and fries and i still lost weight because i was at a deficit. Op saying give up on pasta, potatoes and bread is the reason why many dont even start in the first place.. smh | /r/TheRedPill | 01/09/16 04:22 AM |
| 39 | Weight loss: Exercise versus diet.Pasta no longer exists? no potatoes? Im a pretty muscular guy at 9% bf and thats BS.. I have a lot of pasta and potatoes in my diet. I usually eat 2-3 big meals per day including potatoes, pasta or bread (IF) this is for both when im cutting and bulking. Losing weight doesnt have to be a nightmare like what your post makes it look like and the people thinking they need to eat salads and skinless chicken breast or fish 5 times a day give up. I always have a burger (homemade) and some fries a coup… | /r/TheRedPill | 01/09/16 04:13 AM |
