It's illegal here in the US, except it is never charged because women do not receive sentencing for the crimes they commit. It doesn't matter how illegal something is if the judge won't assign a sentence. Meanwhile 25% of "men" in jail for "rape" are underage boys who had consensual sex with their underage girlfriends. They're not going to be as useful as the giant models they use for public facing LLMs, but you can (and should) build your own smaller LLMs using the data that is relevant to your own lives.
