1	Gold Digging Denied My problem was simply using the term “money”. What I meant to say was “wages”. His wages can be garnished if the judge decides that he was routing his money to his mother in order to avoid being held liable when a divorce were to happen. Same thing with the properties. Simply registering them in her name means nothing, at least in a western court of law.
