| 1 | Why you should listen to stand-up comedyOne of the things I've learned from a girl who I used to see was to use the opposite to emotion technique. What you mention is a good example of this. And, I can relate to the whole of what you say. I used to listen to stand-up in highschool and I was a social butterfly. Still really introverted but, like you say it does help.
