Oh, and empathy, selfless acts, flowers show he's confident and secure about him self. He doesn't care if "alphas" think his behavior is "beta". If that's not "alpha", then it's certainly not men who learn how to be "alpha" from Youtube videos and Reddit.

Omg male volunteers are hot! And if he's being a jerk to people, I think of him as some oddly aggressive weirdo with social issues. And being a jerk to me? I just told a guy today that I don't want anything to do with him for being rude and manipulative to me. I want a man, not a weasel.

Self improvement is a good idea. But self improvement doesn't include getting as muscled up as possible (unless you actually want to be a body builder) and becoming a jerk to people and learning how to prey on women and objectify them. That makes you (not personally you, but generally speaking) worse than whomever may have hurt you. Although often, no women hurt them, they just didn't give them the sex and attention that they felt they were owed. Their general social advice and retorts to "tests…
