In North Carolina I believe you can sue the affair partner(s). Sounds like you can go after this guy and his wife.

She is acting out indeed. I’m just a bit shocked she knew better than put OMB in the pictures. She is CLEARLY insecure , low self esteem and seeking much more attention and validation. Gross and icky indeed. Best for you to never talk to her about it and hide that card at a bottom of a drawer. (So you can get it to remember how bad she is). Your silence will be what crushes her. Keep telling your stories. Love them and your healing journey.

So why did her affair end? Was it really her or the affair partner ending it? No doubt she will say it was her b/c she saw you dating and had some kind of epiphany, but really? And is it really over? Hmmm

Cool! Yea whatever you choose will be the right thing to do. I do not think I could personally walk in and see OMB there and not cause a horrendous scene. For me it feels like a “set up” by the ex. If you go and act “fine” for the kids then she will say “see all is forgiven and all is good, lets move OMB in etc..”. If you go and make a scene she will blame you and try to vilify you. She has proven herself to NOT have your kids best interest in mind… all that I am sure you have thought through! S…
