From the Halton police in Ontario: An AMBER Alert will only be activated if: police have confirmed that an abduction has taken place; and the victim is a child, or a person of proven physical or mental disability; and there is reason to believe the victim is in danger of serious physical injury; and there is information available that, if broadcasted to the public, could assist in the safe recovery of the victim. —- There is no requirement (anywhere) that a child needs to be “abducted off the st…

Schools and daycares usually ask tor court orders. Canada largely uses a 50/50 custody split, so it may be a difference of context if you are in a different country.

Marriage, as an institution, was to build an economic alliance between families, as well as a system of granting property. It’s no longer about economic liaisons. It supposed to be about love, commitment, companionship. So I’m not sure what you mean by “low resolution take” but the function has shifted recently. And I agree with the comment about shaming people who don’t want to get married.

Yes, for “normal abortions”, they do say that. Here’s one example. So many many many many more out there. Usually they focus on how the woman is a hoe, a whore, should have kept her legs closed, should be exercising abstinence, needs to be responsible for her actions, etc. https://www.reddit.com/r/VaushV/comments/wjqr4h/abortion_discussion_on_antifenimist/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

That was very recently not the case in North America. And it’s still not the case everywhere in the world. So I don’t know if “grateful” is quite what women ought to feel. But it’s definitely not something to take for granted.

Visit r/dating and or r/relationship_advice or literally any forum on here and seed a question. There was a thread the other day where women said men needed to pay because it’s more expensive for a woman to get ready for dates. It’s not hard to find on any dating conversation on FB, IG or Reddit.

This is not where I’m “pulling from”, but offers support for precisely what I wrote: https://www.forbes.com/sites/kimelsesser/2020/02/12/who-should-pay-for-dates-how-chivalry-contributes-to-the-gender-pay-gap/?sh=108fb5e03fa3

That makes sense to me. Women in America want equality but believe, and will argue to death, that men pay for dates. There are variants of this. “Whoever asks pays” but an associated belief that men must ask “I offer to pay half but only if I’m not attracted to him” “I offer to pay and if he lets me I lose interest”. Requiring a man to pay sets up a power structure that most women don’t actually want, then are confused by as the relationship progresses. So I suspected your answer would be exactl…

One thing I find outrageous is the entitlement or American divorcees with children. Many women spend years or decades fighting for “child support,” blaming men for cheating or trying to get more. I’m flummoxed at how educated, professional women are not prepared for the 50% possibility of divorce. And even more flummoxed at how the American courts entertain years of legal battles. While I agree that it’s a joint decision if a woman stays home to raise the children, she should have 2-5 years to r…

There are 1000 holdovers from another time and place that still exist, and this is one of them. Modern warfare isn’t what it used to be, and nor is society. These hangovers reinforce that men are the “protectors” and keep everyone stuck in gender roles that make no sense. Israel has equality in this area, it’s a good country to look at if you are curious how it works.

Sex is a biological urge and need, in the same way food and air are. It’s not selfish to want sex, that’s inaccurate. Any given individual woman doesn’t need to be a willing partner. So it’s a good time to talk about leaving, opening the marriage, therapy together or therapy for her.

I recently asked a sexual education centre and most female condoms are used by sex workers. So I honestly don’t know what the ratio of production is. Layperson purchase: obviously most condoms go on penises. So: yes, I agree. And also: this applies to men to men sexual encounters as well. We could make the same point, to be sure. The vast intention of the ruling is male to female penetration, due to numbers. Yes.
/r/MensRights29/07/22 11:29 PM

That would be easier than the case in today’s ruling. Pharmacies have records of filling prescriptions. Doctors have records that include birth control methods. These could easily be subpoenaed in a federal ruling. Were it me, I would also leave a paper trial via text summarizing: “just so we agree: you are on the pill and ____. Her answer will be available by way of subpoena from the phone company. And that’s a pretty lock solid case.
/r/MensRights29/07/22 11:21 PM
2

You are absolutely correct. This ruling is based on a 2017 charge, so someone in Canada will have to charge a woman and escalate it to the Supreme Court
/r/MensRights29/07/22 11:18 PM

Completely agree. Women lying about IUDs or the pill are non-consensual acts also. 100%

/r/MensRights29/07/22 11:15 PM

Ideally someone takes that to the Canadian Supreme Court. That’s equally non-consensual
/r/MensRights29/07/22 11:15 PM
2

Nothing in the ruling specifies gender. So I’m not sure this one is fully against men, as it includes female condoms (sex workers, for example), male on male sex, etc It’s just broadly about stealthing, which isn’t ideal

Never rely on someone else for birth control. That removes the possibility that someone could lie. And if you want to protect condoms, use your own. You can take those protections for yourself.

Not really. The man can: not show up for the birth, not sign the birth certificate and then not show up for the court case establishing guardianship. She doesn’t have to agree to any of that. False accusations out of the blue are statistically very rare. That said, the #1 advice I would have for you is to be EXTREMELY mindful around alcohol. Many people (including males) do not have a proper memory of time, consent, or sequence of events. Nightclubs in North America are going to be one of the safest venues on earth because they have every millisecond recorded from multiple angles. I’d agree. Women are often called “crazy” if they reveal anxiety, or “hysterical” for crying. And anger makes her a “bitch”. (This comment is getting downvotes, but there’s no reason why. Evidence shows most women don’t want to take that route. 74% of women with kids over 6 in the US are employed. I’m not talking about the 26% of women who are stay at home moms. That’s obvious. I’m talking about the 74% who are employed outside the home. If both parties are employed and both work 40-60 hours a week, the unpaid domestic load should represent an equal split. It currently doesn’t.
