About the employment standards I think they should be on equal terms with each other not sure if they should lower the standards of men's employment to womens or the other way around. nd if this is true, why is it almost invariably any employment standards will be lowered to get more women? I think they shouldn't lower the employment standards and make it equal for both genders. I think this because the companies should have to lower the employment standards to get more woman if they are both equal in employment standards then if you can't get employed there its on you instead of trying to shift the blame on gender.

I mean the problem isn't feminism it's the people that are the problem. They will believe anything a women says in a heart beat until it comes to a man then they are like "Stop the cap." The concepts of innocent men and guilty women are most streamed through childhood and your environment such as on the news you could hear a man killed someone but if a women did the same she wouldn't be in the news.
