Appreciate the comments and see some of your points. Have worn lifts for 10 years only when going out. I actually appreciate this, and read the study. The study admits that people who are overweight have a higher predisposition to diabetes and heart disease. It also seems a little myopic focusing on people who lost 2.5-5 kgs which is virtually nothing (ten pounds)compared to the 100 the op needs to lose and I am not talking about rapid weight loss as in more than 2 pounds per week. It's all about calories in versus calories out. Go 500-750. calories less than what you burn per day. Eat your weight in protein and the rest divide up with healthy carbs and fats. I will say this in regards to a cold approach in person.. These are a massive IOI I look for. Do they ask you questions or keep the conversation going.
