I guess to be intentionally vague. In the end, there's a chance she recieved less jail time that the sum of his ex's jail time over the 3 false charges. So, it's ambiguous if her pussy pass got denied. But overall, after reading the article, to me it seems 32 months jail time was too low. I'd given her 5 years.
