| 2 | First meeting with my lawyer plus a bit of a rantI feel for you buddy. This sounds like so similar to my situation with my wife in perimenopause and emotional/identity crisis. She has also decided to throw away what was a pretty good marriage, damaging our son in the process. And is having an affair that is certainly emotional, possibly physical. And she has the fantasy about remaining friends, Sunday dinner as a family etc. I honestly don’t know how to deal with it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 24/07/25 09:08 AM |

| 1 | Menopause? My god this resonates. My 8yo son moved to a new school 2 years ago, high % of divorces amongst parents in his class. My wife becomes friends with the divorced mums, starts an affair (emotional at least) with one of the divorce dads, and my life turns to shit with somehow everything being deemed my fault. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/07/25 09:12 PM |
