She won’t and I don’t give a fuck if she does. I’m only going the legal route. Nothing shady. By the book. If I have to pay then I have to pay but I’m sure there are ways to do this legally.

Oh got it. I guess the mother thing isn’t smart. I just don’t want to waste the money on stuff. She’s spent me into the ground, I don’t have really any assets except the house. I make quarter mil a year roughly and have almost no savings and basically live paycheck to paycheck

You sure that’s the only reason she got half? I think it’s case law that they can get half equity but maybe I’m wrong lol

I get that, especially in ga, cheating has no weight. But I just said that to explain to the group that I’m not just trying to fuck her out of money, she’s not a good person.

I get that if we are in the middle of a divorce, but we’re not. Legally we are married and that’s the end of it. I’d probably wait a few months to file. You still think a judge would care?

In GA I think pretty much she’s entitled to half the equity regardless of deed. Which is why I want to liquidate it.

Yeah see that’s what I’m thinking, I’ll consult a lawyer of course but I’m just war gaming right now. Dude you have no idea some of the shit I’ve caught her doing. Literally rubbing another man’s dick under a table in was sitting at, someone we just met, he said “why are you rubbing my balls” out loud to her lol. I wish that was the worst of it. She’s a turd and I want to make sure she’s treated as such.

I don’t know if it would. She’s entitled to equity, if there is none well then I figure she’s not entitled to any? I can refinance the house and do what I please with the money I assume. Nothing about it is illegal… maybe a judge wouldn’t like it?

If she’s truly BPD there’s nearly 100% likelihood she has or is actively cheating on.

Brace for the worst. Judges have no incentive to not issue a restraining order.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
