I can see this. I would say it’s still a privilege to have parents who are willing to give you a place to live, feed you and put up with an adult child who doesn’t have any source of income.
Hasn’t that been a thing for a while now? I think it depends on the country, but where I live, you become common law married by default after living together for some time. That means you can take your partner to court to get some assets if they try to split from you.
I wouldn’t say I’m very desirable. I just never had an interest in hooking up with men. It didn’t seem like a thing that would benefit me in any way and would most likely harm me emotionally at best.
Surprisingly I live in a fairly progressive western country and most men still slut shame, especially behind closed doors/when they are with other men. So if somehow, all these men changed their mindset and stopped slut shaming, the world would be very different. Maybe we just aren’t progressive enough yet.
Hostels are probably not that scary considering there’s many people around, including other women. Being alone with a strange man is scary, but being in a place where there are many different people, you feel safer knowing that at least someone would help you if something went wrong. It’s highly unlikely that you will be in a hostel room full of male and female rapists.
Probably reduce the stigma that women face for choosing to engage in that lifestyle? Even progressive countries have men who shame women for having sex. If everyone was more open-minded, it could probably be normalized.
I don’t think this would replace the need for human connection though. It’s debatable whether it would actually improve anything for these men or just cause more frustration.
I don’t really go to clubs so I’m not sure how it works, but ik SA complains often don’t get taken seriously. Plus the damage is already done so I don’t think complaining about it would make me feel any better anyways. Maybe I would still do it so that the person is hopefully removed from the club and can’t SA other people there.
Maybe like 10%? Most women are not going to react well to a cold approach, plus many women already have a bf/husband. Even getting a few women to say yes is already impressive.
That's unprofessional, but I wouldn't report him over it. I feel bad making anyone lose their job in this job market. I would probably block the number and use a new place for oil changes.
Not organic, but I live in a high COL area so that might be why it’s like this. It really adds up, even getting a few items which is insane. I guess it’s still cheaper than eating out, but it’s definitely more expensive than it was years ago.
My partner waited for after university to date and knowing his university schedule… I can see why he couldn’t date until after. Maybe it depends on which school you go to but he had lectures all day and then had a bunch of studying/labs/assignments to work on after class. Going on dates during those years was just not an option for him.
Some people I know who waited until their mid 20s to date were just too focused on school or their career, so they didn’t have time to date before then. I think that’s a valid reason. Not everyone goes to college to hookup with people.
I pay a similar amount for like 2 tomatoes, some mushrooms and a few bell peppers. I think you got a pretty good deal tbh, you even bought chicken breasts.
They could probably get a woman who’s around their gf/wife’s level of attractiveness, so loyal men are actively making the choice not to pursue those “options”. They have definitely have options if they wanted to cheat.
Eating less and cutting down portions can be difficult. I definitely struggled with it at first, especially bc I suddenly started eating a lot less than before. Eating a calorie deficit can also negatively affect your mood. Most people probably aren’t locked in enough to commit to weight loss, especially when their current eating habits are comfortable for them.
I’ve never had a doctor ask me if I’m sexually active before. Not that I go to doctors often. One time I was in the ER and they asked if I could be pregnant.
A man who doesn’t commit to you is using you as a pocket pussy. It’s cope to think a man like that actually cares about you and brings something to the table.
It’s not wrong though… I’m assuming the psychology behind it is that the man is already vetted and considered relationship material by another woman, hence why he’s attractive to other women
Maybe all those men have girlfriends/wives and just want to hang out with their friends… not every activity has to involve pursuing the opposite gender. That tweet is weird af lol
I personally wouldn’t pursue a taken man but I can’t speak for others. All I can say is the men who are bf/husband-material are already bfs and husbands. It’s quite rare to meet a single guy who’s 25+ years of age and is actually relationship material.
I own some very comfortable kitten heels that feel like a normal shoe. I imagine it depends on what brand of heel you buy. My heels are all Clarks and they’re incredibly comfy.
I do think some people get “hung up” on a person from their past, but it happens to either gender ime. I’ve met men who were “Stacy widowed” as well. I guess it makes sense if there was one person they really liked, but they could never be with them for whatever reason.
I don’t support sex work in general. It’s oppressive to women and most women who go into it don’t have other options and are in bad situations. We should instead strive to make the world a place where everyone has the ability to make a good living with a job that doesn’t put them in a vulnerable position.
I wouldn’t hook up or do a casual relationship, but I chose a super hot man to be in a long-term relationship with so I’m pretty proud of it. Not sure why anyone would choose to be with a less attractive person to be with for longer. If you’re gonna be hooking up for life, gotta pick the wildly hot one.
1000+ matches in the dating apps This sounds exhausting. My friends who have used dating apps and gone on many first dates still view men as human and most of them are in a happy relationship. Dating is just a numbers game for some people. Most aren’t lucky enough to find someone compatible to them on the first try, so they might have to go on several dates to find them. I imagine the process isn’t fun, but worth it in the end when you meet someone worthwhile.
I’m not interested in it. To me, it just seems like a situation where someone uses your body for temporary pleasure without making any serious commitment to you.
This is so against girl code, but one of my friends tried to make a move on a guy I went on dates with briefly, but he turned her down. I didn’t care much bc I didn’t have romantic feelings for that man, but it was still a bit weird.
Trauma in any person is a bad thing and can be hard to navigate in a relationship. The hard part is finding someone without trauma. Most people have trauma of some sort… childhood, emotional, past relationships, familial relationships, etc.
RP/manosphere, whatever you wanna call it. But a big part of what these men preach is that women aren’t feminine and submissive anymore and everyone is a slut and girlboss 😭
In my experience, there are some women who do enjoy hookups. Not sure if they’re the majority but they exist. And they don’t seem particularly picky with looks, it more depends on who’s available. A lot of it is being in the right place at the right time and frequenting places where people are into hookups like clubs, parties, raves, bars, other nightlife places. Average men can definitely find hookups in these places.
I think she appeals to the female gaze more than the male gaze tbh. You rarely see men thirsting over her. Women love her for expressing her sexuality and writing songs about women enjoying sex which is still a bit taboo.
I enjoy being a guest at them but the idea of planning my own gives me anxiety. I wish my partner was open to eloping but unfortunately he isn’t so I’ll have to go through the struggle of planning one. I still have a bit of hope that I can convince him to elope, but it’s unlikely.
A man being romantic by default is just a sign that he’s a gentleman. Taking a woman on a date is meant to be romantic. If he doesn’t have romantic intentions, he shouldn’t be taking her on a date. If a woman wants a romantic man, she should expect romance and avoid dating men who aren’t romantic.
A man can be romantic and not a lovebomber. You just have to be smart and continuously vet in the dating process. The women who fall for lovebombing are the ones who tend not to get treated that way by men. If you’re expecting all these things, you wouldn’t be easily impressed when a man does them for you because they’re the bare minimum to you. I have a friend who always fell for lovebombing because she settled for way less than princess treatment in the past. So ofc when she met a guy who said…
You shouldn’t date someone JUST because they give you flowers. You should expect the flowers, romantic gestures, etc. AND also vet the person and pick someone who’s a high quality partner. Having high standards will however get those low effort men out of your pool right away, which is a good first step in vetting a partner.
You still don’t know the person that well after a date. The same men who cry about flowers are the ones who want to have sex with a woman 20 mins after meeting her.
Funnily enough, I saw a tik tok of a guy who bought his gf fake Temu flowers and she started crying and all the comments said she’s crying about her decision to date him 😭 So idk how well giving fake flowers would go.
I don’t see women complaining about either of these. The second one is just more likely to be seen as a sugar daddy situation because attraction to an 80 year old is unlikely so he’s likely offering other things in the relationship💰
Maybe with practice and if they’re very competitive, they could win. I just don’t think these things come naturally to them but when they put effort into it, they can do it.
Judging by the men around me, I would say the women would win. But maybe I’m just biased bc I haven’t seen or met many men who could do things like cleaning and cooking as good as women do.
Crazy double standard. I just assume it’s a projection and these men probably have crazy amounts of debt and get offended that a woman wouldn’t want someone like that as a partner.
Financially literate and makes minimum wage any day. If I want a future with someone, I want them to be on the same page as me with finances bc we will likely have shared expenses. A financially illiterate person would drag me down and cause a lot of conflict.
Pretty much… a man here said I was “wanting money” when all I said was that I want a financially literate partner 😭 Little does he know I would date a janitor if he was debt-free, frugal, good spending habits, good credit score and knew how to save and invest. The bar is in hell if this is asking for too much.
This situation seems reasonable bc she looks like a completely different race than the parents so the concern is more about her being switched at birth than the mother cheating.
That is a bit late to be living with parents but it depends on the reasoning for it. It could be that he lives in a high COL area and is trying to save up for a house or maybe he doesn’t earn enough to afford to live on his own. I could see something like that being reasonable where I live due to the high COL.
I’m smart casual for office days. I wear a lot of jeans and dress shirts or sweaters. Also a pencil skirt with knee high boots occasionally. Outside of work, my style is more girly. Lots of sundresses or milkmaid dresses. When I want to be more casual, I wear jean shorts and plain tees. My favourite outfit is probably this floral white milkmaid dress I wear in the summer. It’s just super flattering and girly so I feel pretty wearing it.
That’s what I think too. Social media has so much content like that. Either they’re being paid for this sort of content or it’s so popular with the audience that it gets them views, brand deals, etc.
Everyone on tik tok is going crazy about MJ Gray getting engaged after making anti-marriage content. It’s crazy she got engaged after only 9 months of dating. Allegedly she still stands behind what she said about marriage but her situation is “different than other women’s”. Just another example why you shouldn’t fall for extreme content online. It’s rare that these “influencers” even practice what they preach. They just like making controversial content that gets them more views.
Not really, the job market is already bad enough for my generation. Idk if it will get any worse before the government starts putting people on a universal basic income. So maybe their lives will look a lot different than ours.
I just listen to the gym music. I get overstimulated if I have my own headphones on and the gym music is still playing on top of it. Ideally, I wish the gym didn't play music and I could just listen to my own.
Some people get second-hand trauma from failed relationships around them. For example, if your parents or family members had toxic/abusive relationships or messy break-ups. Children of divorce often have a negative view of relationships bc they may not have seen a healthy dynamic before.
I wouldn’t be able to do it either. Being at least my height was always a requirement for me. But unlike her, I wouldn’t even start dating a shorter guy.
I think women of all attractiveness levels like being treated on a date, especially if the man was the one who asked them out. It’s more related to ideology than attractiveness. The women who do wanna pay do it for ideological reasons like feminism or wanting to be equal.
Well these ghetto people are ruining the reputation of the brand bc 9 times out of 10 a Honda is driven by one of these ghetto idiots. Now everyone just associates Honda with ghetto.
The people driving them are ghetto and do these ugly mods and drive like idiots. There are less ghetto car brands comparable in price out there like Toyota and Subaru. Doesn’t need to be a luxury car to not be ghetto.
Hondas and Nissans are equally ghetto. I feel bad for those companies bc the people driving these cars make them look ghetto with mods and their driving style.
Not often. Some women are definitely with a man just for the money but that’s more rare. Most women are with a man they like and he doesn’t pay all the bills.
danger, instability and drama I wouldn’t even be interested in a man who brings this to the table. A real man should protect and provide, not do the opposite lol.
A lot of people reach out to recruiters on LinkedIn. Networking and making connections is another good strategy as well. But even with this, some people still struggle to find a job. Sometimes it’s just a matter of luck and being in the right place at the right time.
I’m pretty sure I just wore jeans and a sweater the first time I met them. I would be offended that he would think I’m stupid enough to dress revealing.
Nah, plenty of mid guys can get hookups this way. I’ve seen it irl. Women who frequent those places are more likely to be interested in a hookup just like the men there are.
I would recommend irlmaxxing to a man like this. Just go to clubs, bars, social events and meet women. Sometimes men are not attractive enough for dating apps but succeed irl because women like their charisma, humour, personality and vibes. SWs is another good option if there’s a legal and safe way to do it. Only issue might be that a future partner may not be okay with it.
Depends on the woman. Some like experience and high body count comes with that sometimes. Other women aren’t interested in a man like that. Personally, I’m the latter so an n of 0 was a green flag to me.
Idk how all these girls on tik tok tell you to size up on jeans if you want them to have a cool baggy/loose look. When I size up, I just get an ugly waist gap which doesn’t look flattering at all.
Idk why you would wanna prepare your kid for this. They’ll see the reality anyways as they get older. I think this is just something you should let your kid figure out on their own. You shouldn’t be pointing out their flaws to them, that will just reduce any confidence or self-love they have.
We lived in a low income neighbourhood when I was a kid so they weren’t making much. By the time I was in high school, we moved up to middle class. I think growing up low class was good motivation for me to start working hard from a young age and hopefully give my future kids a nicer place to live.
I didn’t fall in love in high school but I was in my early 20s which is good enough for me. I was way too immature for a relationship as a high schooler so I’m pretty happy I waited until I was ready for a LTR.
I see both of these for both genders. Not everyone gets love right from the first try and that’s alright. Sometimes you kiss a few frogs before you find your prince/princess. I was lucky enough to get it right from my first LTR, but ik not everyone has that luck.
Well you’ll be spending money on a place to live either way, so why not invest it instead? Paying equity into your home is still better than paying rent and never seeing that money again. Plus even if you don’t sell it, your kids can inherit the home after you pass. I think both renting and owning have their pros and cons.
You don’t really own the house and land but it’s nice that at least part of your money is being invested in case you sell it. It still beats paying rent to a landlord imo. Home ownership also gives you a bit more freedom. You don’t have to live by a landlord’s rules so that’s the nice part.
Falling in love just happened naturally for me. I just knew when it happened, not sure how to describe it. Being with him just makes sense and he makes me happy.
Oh wow, never knew this. That’s pretty cool. I’ve been on flights where they offer to check in the carryons, but those were always flights that included the carryons anyways.
Flowers on the first date isn’t exactly the norm in Canada, but she would probably still appreciate the gesture. Most women are happy to receive flowers.
I don't mind as long as it's not an ex or past crush/love interest. It's also weird if it's a new opposite gender friend they make while dating you. Existing platonic friends that they knew before you should be fine imo.
Personally, I find it easier to fight and become frustrated with each other when we're apart. I'm surprised other people do better being apart from their partner.
Yeah that’s a weird bio to have. It’s not something that needs to be said, just show it with your actions (ie. rejecting men when they try to sleep with you).
Brutal that she spent her nice, youthful years on a man who didn’t wanna marry. She should’ve left earlier if he didn’t propose. Glad it worked out for her in the end tho.
Hard workers usually get more work and responsibilities. But it’s also good to put your best foot forward if you’re trying to move up the career ladder. It better not to be silent about your hard work tho, definitely show it off to the bosses if you plan on being hardworking.
In my country, mostly everyone has their own car, except for broke people. But people drive their cars for a while, like 10+ years if it holds up that long.
That explains it then. I was thinking you were doing fancy, expensive dates 😭 even though $100 is a lot for a first date too. Most people do drinks or coffee dates which run them about $5-20 at most.
I would say a woman who spends a lot of money on beauty treatments (hair, nails, Botox, fillers, keratin treatments, facials, etc), wants luxury clothing and purses, has a high maintenance lifestyle that involves expensive hobbies, trips, vacations and activities. I know some women irl who are high maintenance and what I described is usually their expectation from a boyfriend/husband.
I used to use leave in conditioner too but I feel like it didn’t lock in the moisture enough for me. My hair is kinda frizzy so I think the mousse helps with that.
I agree with the not being neurotic part. I feel like a lot of men are too easily influenced by whatever they’re seeing online and they generalize these things on all women. It’s a problematic approach and sets them up for failure.
Hyperfeminine boss babe sounds like a contradiction. You need to have traditionally “masculine” traits to become a boss, like being assertive and a good leader. Nothing wrong with that though. We associate these traits with masculinity, but there are many women who have them as well.
The hardest part about being frugal is not being able to buy new clothes. I keep seeing nice dresses online but I have to remind myself that I shouldn’t buy them even though I think they’d look amazing on me. Thankfully I have at least 5-6 nice dresses that I rotate through which I bought on sale in previous years.
I was being treated like a princess from the start (before relationship was official) and I wouldn’t settle for anything less than that. Many women are the same now that high standards are so common.
Neither myself nor my partner felt the need to have casual sex before our relationship even though both of us could’ve easily had it. Some people just aren’t interested in that.
I think it’s his choice at the end of the day. If he’s happy, then so be it. He also does most of the house chores and cooking, not sure what the wife does lol.
There’s a white guy on instagram and tik tok who has a similar situation. He got married to a girl he had a crush on in high school but she had a kid with another man before they got together so he’s a step-dad now. Everyone in the comments makes fun of his life.
You’re onto something. Women are recommended to sleep longer than men are. Personally I do feel like I tire out faster than the men in my life do. Sometimes it feels like they have 2 or 3 times my energy, if not more.
Nope, most women are into the men they’re dating. Hot is subjective so it’s whatever the woman likes. My friends and I would never be caught fighting over a guy bc our tastes are so different.
Most men aren’t afraid to pay for a date for someone they’re actually attracted to Exactly why women should never settle for less than princess treatment
She’s a doctor so she likely didn’t have time for a serious relationship during her many years of schooling. But yeah dating market def gets more difficult the older you get. Most of the desirable people get taken after 23-25.
I decided to experiment with makeup this weekend so I put brown eyeliner on my top and bottom waterlines, glittery eyeshadow and mascara. Also a bit of blush on my cheekbones. I thought it looked cute but my mom said it made me look old. The one time I actually tried doing something for my looks and I get told that it looks bad. Maybe I should try clean girl makeup.
$4 every 1-2 weeks really adds up at the end of the day, I would still do anything to save that money. That’s potentially over $200 a year that you’re saving.
Everytime I pump gas and it’s too expensive, I just get like $10-15 worth of gas bc I’m frugal like that. Then I always regret it when I’m driving and the tank is already empty and I have to tank up all over again 😫
I didn’t say there’s someone out there for everyone, I think that’s a delusional take considering so many people end up single. I just said that you’re incompatible with certain people.
Depends on what you’re counting as SA. Most women have been sexually harassed through catcalling, men saying sexual things to them inappropriately, etc. Many women have also experienced inappropriate touching. This is a taboo topic so maybe some women don’t wanna admit they’ve been molested. But full on rape… I don’t think most women have experienced that.
How broke can you be to ask a MAN for money? Literally embarrassing. Feminists didn’t fight for our right to work for nothing… go make that bank ladies
Good standards to have but I disagree with voicing them in your profile like this. A dating app profile should be just describing yourself, maybe describing the kind of relationship you’re looking for and mentioning some hobbies/interests.
Not unreasonable, many women prefer a partner taller than them. She just happens to be taller so she has a bit less options with that preference than a shorter woman with the same preference.
What’s stopping them? Blue collared men make lots of money and some of those professions don’t require an education. So even if a man can’t get an education, there’s still a way to make money.
I think some ppl just don’t see a dating relationship as that big of a commitment as marriage. I personally don’t get it but I guess everyone has their own definition of commitment.
You can get a 1 carat lab diamond ring for about $3K or less. An even cheaper and nicer alternative is moissanite, but there aren’t as many stores that carry it unfortunately. Moissanite is also a forever stone bc its hardness level is similar to diamond.
Natural diamond girls are some of the most annoying on tik tok. I don’t get why they feel the need to put down women who wear lab diamonds when a diamond is a diamond anyways.
It’s so crazy to me that people commit to marriage with a person they’re not attracted to. Like if you don’t wanna jump their bones all the time, why even get married?
Why’s it that every time you start a new job, you start getting interview requests for other jobs after it’s been dry the whole job search. This phenomenon should be studied.
It’s not any different… I’m a woman who wants kids (always have) but there are plenty of women my age who prefer the DINK life and have no plans of having kids.
Then it’s pretty strange all of them want kids. It’s like a 50/50 where I live, but I suppose I’m in a more liberal place than Florida. Childfree is a big movement among young women rn, especially progressives.
Exactly. I don’t think they understand that you’d be living below poverty line if you’re supporting another person (assuming they have an average income). I doubt all of them are high earners. Like my $40K preference is assuming I’m also earning at least that much or more so we’re not living in poverty.
So you’d settle for a woman who earns nothing if you had to? Would you not feel resentment bc of the fact that it’s not your preference and you’d prefer a woman who can support herself?
Fair, but it does get tricky when you’re in a relationship bc some expenses become shared. I think it’s probably a good idea to date someone who has a similar lifestyle to you or else you’ll disagree on a lot of shared expenses like what apartment/house to live in, vacations, kids, wedding, etc.
I live in a high COL area, so a salary around $40K would be good for a man my age (mid 20s), although he likely wouldn’t be able to afford much, maybe just renting a room in a rooming house.
A man who goes overseas to find a wife is a PPB, it’s not that serious. Most of those men aren’t criminals imo… they’re just men who either want a type of woman that’s not available in the west or they struggle with dating and benefit from the benefit of having a passport to a desirable country.
Charisma plays into a person’s appearance though. It’s how they present themselves to others. Charisma can make an unattractive person more attractive and the lack of charisma can make an attractive person less attractive.
I think you underestimate how much being neurodivergent affects a person’s social skills. Some ND people are barely able to interact with a person outside their family.
I think the first POV is pretty extreme, but it can definitely be an annoyance when men try talking to you when you don't want them to. I think most men just read the room and go off the vibes they're feeling.
He asks me out for coffee and picks a nice coffee shop (maybe I recommend a place I like). We meet, order coffee and he pays for the whole order. Then we sip it in the coffee shop and get to know each other. We realize that we enjoy talking and decide to extend the date by going on a walk in the neighbourhood or a park nearby where we talk more.
You can be a well adjusted adult and independent on your own, but then let your partner take over that role once you’re in a relationship. Some people are like this.
No, I’m not talking about laziness. I’m talking about a more passive person who can follow the lead of a person they trust. They can be a decision maker if they want to be, they just choose to let their partner do that.
Not everyone wants to be stressed with planning and decision making all the time. Sometimes it helps to have a partner that you can rely on and put your trust in.
In my experience, it’s just letting the man lead the way and take the mental load off the woman. He takes care of the important things like planning, finances, decision making, etc. which gives the woman a chance to relax and be stress-free.
I think it depends on the individual. Some men definitely can and do catch feelings for a hookup. I don’t think the genders are that different in this regard.
I notice some men ik irl who have these opportunities don’t take them. But I suppose it can still be a confidence boost even if they don’t act on those advances.
if she is not that attractive Exactly why women should expect a man to pay on the first date. Men will 10/10 do it for the woman they’re really interested in and attracted to.
It’s not about the money, it’s about the interest from the man’s side. Most women can afford a coffee, but they still want a man who’s interested and invested enough in winning her over that he pays for it.
Many women want a man to show interest in the early stages and paying for dates is one way to convey that. Many women will simply not go out with a man again if he asks them to pay.
Where I live, most couples share expenses so men don’t really get shamed for expecting those things. Most men I’ve met wouldn’t date a low earning woman bc they can’t afford to support her.
That’s crazy. I can’t imagine finding the perfect man and then wanting to be used by random men as a “hoe”. Also her bf is stupid for staying with her despite knowing she feels like this.
I had a friend who dated older men bc she thought they wanted marriage and they were worse than the 20 year old men. I think any man who stayed single that long is a potential red flag (there may be exceptions but you need to investigate). Personally, I say women should just be upfront about expecting commitment, gatekeep sex until commitment and also reject any man who doesn’t want commitment early. If you date this way, you can avoid “pumping and dumping” or getting hurt when you catch feeling…
I don’t think the average person really wants to hear about their partner’s past relationships in detail and once that information is out, it can be hard to forget
As much as the partner wants to ask about. It is pretty weird to bring it up on your own bc maybe they wouldn’t appreciate hearing the details unprompted.
Scenario 1 bc I have a low libido and high anxiety when fighting, being angry, having negative feelings about the relationship, etc. In scenario 2, the last thing I’d desire is sex, instead I would like to resolve the conflict and then cuddle and reassure each other that everything’s gonna be okay.
Unfortunately this is normalized in modern dating app culture. There are people who multidate or hookup with others while actively going on dates with a person.
Some benefits are improved health, greater financial stability, and enhanced emotional well-being, experiencing longer life expectancies, healthier habits, reduced loneliness, and increased income.
This is a generalization that doesn’t account for the fact that many men genuinely want marriage and aren’t interested in hookups. Plus men have been shown to benefit from marriage.
Misogynists are exactly the type of men who constantly strive to talk to women and have sex with them, so he would def flirt with other women while married.
I guess it depends on your job. The average full time adult job is like 40 hours per week so you have plenty of time in the evenings and weekends. Whereas with university, most people are attending classes during the day and then studying in the evenings or weekends, which makes it harder to make time for a relationship.
Not true. They date celebs, IG models, real models, OF girls and other famous women. You’re delusional if you think non-famous women are getting approached on social media by athletes/celeb men.
My point flew right by you. Regular non-celeb baddies don’t have athletes DMing them bc they’re not famous. It’s about being famous, not just a baddie.
My point flew right by you. Regular non-celeb baddies don’t have athletes DMing them bc they’re not famous. It’s about being famous, not just a baddie.
Usually someone who resembles an instagram model. I’ve met men who had this as their type before while being average looking themselves and they were convinced they’re on the same level as a model woman.
Well I would say it’s pretty unfair if only one partner contributes to the relationship. Like if the woman is doing a bunch of things and the man does nothing, then yeah, he’s no good.
That could be a factor, it might be a country difference. Most people here date/marry their match in experience. The biggest reason I see is that hookup culture is looked down upon by both low n men and women here so they don’t want someone who participated in that.
Men can offer a lot beyond sex. There are men who provide, protect, fix things, do hard labour, carry heavy things, clear snow, landscape and the list goes on. It’s just a matter of finding a man who can do all these things, many men nowadays can’t or don’t want to.
I’m not saying exceptions don’t exist. I’m just saying what the general trend is. Myself and most other low n count women ik wouldn’t date a high n man.
It depends on the woman. High n women tend to be a lot more accepting of promiscuous men. Virgin or low n women tend to be turned off by that behaviour.
Personally, as someone who takes it slow, I’d still wanna wait for several dates to put a label on things. The reason for that is bc I see a label as a serious step… I’m not gonna call a man I went on one date with “my boyfriend”. I imagine other people who take things slow are operating on a similar mindset. In terms of the physical thing, some people just prefer to wait for intimacy. Everyone has their own boundaries on that.
I think you can take it slow and still have the feeling she’s describing. Taking it slow just means not rushing to put a label on things or rushing into intimacy, but you can absolutely still fall for the person early on.
Yup, that’s exactly it. Women have the choice to be financially independent now so there’s no incentive to marry. And gender roles have lost their meaning now. Men are no longer fully providing for a wife and there’s an expectation that the wife will contribute to paying the bills. However, women are still expected to do the majority of childcare and household duties. So marriage for a woman in the modern time feels like getting the short end of the stick.
This is weird as hell. I’d never ask a man for money for this stuff unless we were married and it was a common expense. This woman’s behaviour is not normal.
