But are you attractive and tall? Bc if so then yes your experience is not relevant to the majority of men

Do you know how hard it is to meet and connect with people in situations that don’t involve repeated exposure? Over all of evolutionary time, repeated exposure within your community is how people got together. This whole “make w connection immediately on first meeting” is not impossible but it’s way more difficult amd feels awkward because it’s not natural and it’s incredibly recent thst this even became a thing. Like we’re talking a few decades not more. It’s basically brand new in the scale of…

Dude if a beautiful charming woman was throwing herself at me and being really friendly the whole time I wouldn’t walk. You’re petty and entitled.

Why leave. This is a first date. She doesn’t owe you monogamy on a first date. Dating multiple ppl at once to find a relationship is not unethical. Monogamy happens when you both have a conversation and mutually agree. Dude try to fix this

Your ex is a human being. You may be opening up a wound in them, making them return to an awful state of sadness thst they had to claw their way out on their own…just bc you’re bored. DONT DO THIS. Out of consideration for her

Good - knowing thst is a step in the right direction. So demoting her is (and I say this with love) the move of an insecure child. If you want her let her know. Tell her you feel like you’ve been coming off like you take her for granted and you don’t want to do that anymore. Tell her that directly. Don’t play some game. If that’s what you want. Good luck

There’s a million reasons why she might not have texted. Impossible to say. But it sounds like you don’t appreciate what you have. She reached out, wants ti connect, and you’re icing her out. I wouldn’t blame her for ditching. You say you don’t care and you’re denoting her but you’re obviously agonizing over it. Maybe you like her? And should out in some effort?

I’ve been there. Dating in 2017 in Brooklyn was hard. It’s not hard to agree with equal treatment but if a woman seems like she has a chip on her shoulder it’s unattractive. Im not worried about reacting in a way that will make them still like me. Im polite and friendly but I don’t feel like I want to spend more time with an angry person so I just move on.

You have to walk before you run. Start wearing down your anxiety by talking to strangers who you are not trying to sleep with. Ask strangers in the street directions, what time it is, just nod and say hello when passing someone. Do that till it does not scare you at all THEN go to a bar

women have always had leverage. Men's sex drive peaks at 18. Women do not GAF at that age, and have to be actively cautious to boot bc some men are dangerous.

Play the numbers game. Your body will internalize how little each individual interaction matters if you are having a lot of interactions

Talk to people who you ARE NOT attracted to first. It opens the gates a bit, is good practice, and makes it easier when you’re in a convo that has actual stakes. Not just at the bar. Ask an old couple for directions, pretend your phone is broken and ask people what time it is, anything with low stakes.

take a break. if you feel this way you will come off thirsty. you can do the numbers game, but each time you strike out you will be more desperate on the next one. you have to actually be comfortable with yourself. Otherwise you are perceived as asking for something (validation) as opposed to offering something. Not that I'm pulling numbers every second lol, but I actually am just very busy with other stuff and i don't try too hard. But that's my take anyway

You can stand up for yourself without sinking to their level. Just say “ok, I don’t even know you. Seems weird that you would say something like that to a complete stranger.” And then just turn back to the woman you were talking to like the mean one isn’t even there. If the mean one comes back with more they look desperate and unhinged. Just keep calm and say “please don’t talk to me like that” and let them lose their shit. Easier said than done, but if you come back with insults you look threat…

tony had money but it's a working class thing. I grew up in queens and I've seen countless italian, greek, and hispanic couples where the guy is fat (and usually tallish too - not like a short fat guy - a big guy) and the woman was traditionally attractive and in great shape. The couples i'm thinking of are like working class people with a bit of money - not poor, but not rich either.

Being a fat man is not a dealbreaker for a lot of women. Look at tony soprano -fictional character, but realistic. For whatever reason, a lot of women, esp working class women who are very beautiful, will be with fat guys. there are people who do like fat or do not mind it. You need to do what is SUSTAINABLE. You can starve yourself and go to the gym 2 hours every day, but you can't do it for your whole life. Lose what you can in a sustainable way.

a lot of people misunderstand and think that younger women want a baddass who says fuck it to anything and does what he wants. What they want is a man who is strong, but not strong in a way that they bully or fuck with other people, strong in the way that when someone is being bullied they will step up and help them out. Men who use their strength for good are attractive to women. So to your point, you don't need to alter your personality to pretend to be a massive asshole. You need to have inte…

If you’re married you can still keep to yourself for a time without ending the relationship. Be there without being thirsty

DONT. Just be friends w them. Then when they have a party they will invite you. That’s what normal ppl do. If you say to any human that you want to be friends w then just to meet their friends they will want nothing to do with you and rightly so imo. Just be friends w ppl. It’s a good thing

Men are not turned off by this I am however turned off by a woman who will only date a man who earns less if they are ‘on track to earn more’. Having that in there is a symptom of a larger worldview that IS a turn off. It’s anti-romantic. THATS THE PROBLEM. Contrary to popular belief men actually do have complex emotional inner lives and are not only looking for a partner to be their status symbol as women who track men’s earnings most likely are Speaking for myself and every man I know I have n…

But you don’t know that particular man. It would actually make more sense (and still be evil) if you were making a generalization. You’re just telling some individual stranger this? Jeez

Have your consciousness transplanted into a robot body. Should help. But seriously life is meaningless without relationships so don't waste all of this time. Youre barking up the wrong tree. You can improve yourself without ignoring other people.

I’m sorry but “dorky men with dorky interests” doesn’t fit with the rest of your point. You find them dorky. That’s not an objective value that they should be improving upon. Why is it so bad to like anime? Many women live reality tv and no one insults them for it. Why the double standard?

If you go somewhere and the thing you're supposed to do to have fun at that place is something you don't want to do, you actually don't need to go there. Personally I never liked clubs and didn't feel comfortable in them, so I just didn't go clubbing. Friends who were really into that scene became less close and friends who were into more low key stuff or what I was into (like live music at a small venue) became closer. Your friends should be people who you do things you like with.
