No one congregates outside the stadium for a bit. They get in their cars and drive away.

That's not true at all. Lots of people marry after forty and those numbers have been on the rise consistently. Like 20 years ago it was 40%. It seems likely that will only continue to grow as ages of first marriage rise. And no, this was of first marriage, not remarriage. Where are these numbers coming from? Kids is a different discussion than marriage to most of us. 91% of men will end up married. Around 66% of men are fathers. Of the men who are fathers, less than 10% are unmarried. There's mo…

Why? Lots of people are single before they get married. Lots of people get married in middle-age these days and later. No, they don't. If you've never married by 40, odds are very high you will never marry. The only people getting married in middle age are the already divorced. If you want kids, which is a large reason people get married in the first place, there's a biological clock.

(And dozens of likes a day is massive hyperbole, I probably get maybe 1 a day on average?). Are you referring to matches or likes?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 06:08 PM

Also on most dating apps (except bumble) men can like/approach the women, they don’t need to wait for opportunities they can create them! Not on Tinder. On Tinder, you can't like other profiles, but you can't message anyone you didn't match with.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 06:01 PM

But I don’t, I put myself out there online If you get on Tinder and get dozens of likes a day and a guy creates a profile and gets one like a month, you're both doing the same thing but getting completely different results.

From her history, she's been on Fetlife, "the Most Popular Social Network for the BDSM, Fetish & Kinky Community." If that's where she's posting her ads, I'm not surprised she gets called slut a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:58 PM

Based on the OP's history, she's on Fetlife, which advertises itself as "the Most Popular Social Network for the BDSM, Fetish & Kinky Community." I'm completely shocked anyone would be called a slut on such a site.

How many of them are on kink sites?

I would say if every job opening has hundreds of applicants, there's a problem with the job market the government needs to fix. The unemployment rate is a society problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:43 PM

Where did you see this?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:39 PM

There's one job opening and 100 job applicants. Explain how all 100 job applicants can get a job.

You must not believe in bodily autonomy.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:27 PM

Possible, but she's setting the tone if her first message to every guy she matches with is hi I'm Cat_Lover2591. My limits are rimming and anal. What are yours?

People can do whatever they want. If they think vaccines cause Autism, they should be free not to vaccinate their kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:17 PM

Explain how this works when there's only one job opening.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:16 PM

I think this is either made up or she's using some BDSM app. I've never seen a Tinder/Hinge/Bumble profile ever which mentioned rimming, anal, or sexual limits. I think the content AI on Tinder auto filters out anything too sexually explicit on your profile.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:10 PM

What's your solution, which will let the majority of men get jobs?

Most male rapists don't want to have sex with strangers. They only want to have sex with people they know.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 04:03 PM

You're not engaging in good faith.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:57 PM

Which is why it's irrational. It's like people driving because they're afraid of flying.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:56 PM

I don't believe this is real. All the mainstream apps, Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble, allow you to filter on age.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:55 PM

Why did you start a CMV if you aren't going to explain what it means?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:50 PM

Except that you're ignoring why it was only two or three that even got a message back. How many people do you think she's going to be actively fucking at one time. Assuming she has sex once a day and sees each FWB a couple of times a week, she's having at most four FWB at once. There are hundreds of applicants for a single job position, This is a problem with the job market. There aren't enough jobs for all the applicants.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:49 PM

Why did you start a CMV if you're not willing to engage?

Because someone they know is more likely to rape them than a stranger. Men aren't likely to rape a woman they don't know.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:36 PM

Your OP doesn't make any sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:34 PM

I have had hundreds of messages and you want to know how many I replied to? Three. No, this is the main problem. Most women aren't going to have more a few FWB at any one time. No matter what the hundreds of guys said, she's only going to choose two or three.

Playing in a higher league? What does this mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 03:28 PM

What app are you using? Don't most apps allow you to set age filters?

I think you could group it into categories. 1) School 2) Work 3) Online dating 4) friends of friends 5) strangers at bars/clubs 6) strangers in public at places which don't have alcohol 7) members of the same club, ex. coed softball league

The answer is because they're delusional, at least when in comes to strangers. If a woman is raped, it's probably because it's someone they know, not some random person.

I find I might get one like a week if I'm lucky. If I don't pay for unlimited swipes or the ability to see who liked me, then the one like will never show up in my deck and I get zero matches.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/23 02:55 AM

You can't see who liked you and skip swiping like you can with the paid version, but the people who like you just show up in your deck. Except, this doesn't happen. The people who like me don't show up in my deck or I run out of swipes before I ever see their profile. If I ever want to see their profile in my deck, I need to pay for unlimited swipes.

Isn't this semantics? Isn't asking to stay in touch an example of hitting on someone?

Marriage is one thing. A lot of men will fuck anything with a vagina, especially if alcohol or drugs are in the mix.

I think match.com charges you to message people, not that many people are using it anymore. I found Tinder was completely useless without a paid subscription. Someone could like your profile, but without a paid subscription, you couldn't see who it was, so you would never get a chance to match with them.

Aren't respect and being wanted inter-related? Young men who have lots of casual sex are respected more than young men who are virgins.

I know Tinder gives you a limited number of free swipes each day.

Before, you stand in line to go through security. After, the venue shuts down and forces everyone to leave. In the 15 minutes between sets, it's a mad dash to try take a piss and get a drink.

Concerts are terrible places to talk to other people. It's impossible to hear anything over the 100dB music.

Historically, a lot of people got into relationships with someone who attended the same Church they did. As fewer people go to Church, this option is going away.

For me, it's a hell no. I'm introverted, so I find social interactions exhausting. Spending a lot of time with someone with no chance of it turning into more doesn't appeal to me. Plus, most married women I know wouldn't want to spend a lot of time alone with a single dude, and I don't want to be some third wheel.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
