2	Should men be allowed to hit women? Bill Burr does a bit about the exceptions to that rule. No they should not be allowed.There are times when a strong woman can square off with you and repeatedly hit you while you do nothing. Most guys have, just like we learn a couple of street fight moves, we learn a subdue move. You kind of grab their arms, hold them down, so they can't hit you, and sort of overpower them.
