Don’t skip the inner-game, it’s just as important as outer-game (if not more) A lot of times I am in my head and feel anxious or am thinking of something and I sense people can notice that. Other times I get in really good moods and I am really upbeat but I usually feel like those moods won’t last a long time. 1	Anyone here have tinnitus? I get you but my thinking is nothing is worth losing ur peace of mind and hearing so thinking of just doing cold approach or meeting girls outside of loud environments even tho makes out and shit prob wouldn’t that be easy. 1	Anyone here have tinnitus? Yeah mine used to be like that until like 8 months ago when i went to a really loud venue and now I use notice it a lot more.
