You can do a glass of orange seltzer with fake sugar or lemon water or orange tea with fake sugar. I also thought that my youngest might be my last so I nursed her the longest lol. I know how it feels!

Also I think it’s false that your body changed permanently after pregnancy and it can’t get back to original shape. Sure your hips widen and boobs get flat after breastfeeding (at least mine did) but you can still mostly get back to your pre pregnancy shape by working on tightening your core muscles back up and losing the excess fat that we all accumulate during pregnancy. I think most women just don’t know how to drop the fat and they just live their lives carrying around the extra layer of fat…

I know how that feels! My baby just turned two and I used that as an excuse to tell her she’s a big girl now and big girls get no more booby! She was over it pretty quickly. The crazy hunger is mostly gone. So for dinners and eating with the kids they knew I was doing keto diet. Which meant no sweets no juice no potato chips or rice things like that for me. They could still have it. Every time I made a meal I would replace the starch like pasta with a frozen bag of broccoli or green beans or sau…

I’m 32 with 3 kids. Almost 10,6,2. Also 5’7” and 135 pounds right now. I found that keto helped me get back to that 25 year old body weight of 125 pounds. I’m just like you the hot mom with a great body. People regularly think I’m younger than I am and are shocked to hear I have 3 kids. but I feel like I could get back to that baseline weight with just a bit of work. Keto worked really well for me. I just stopped breastfeeding my third baby and will probably do keto again. it took about 3 months…

That’s probably true but I’ve met kids who are shite because their parents saddled them with a revolving door of nannies from a young age and never disciplined them so they are spoiled and whine all the time and have zero respect for anyone. Essentially little psychopaths who don’t understand emotional empathy or to regard anyone else’s feelings.

That just shows he wasn’t the one for you. A man who truly loves a woman will value her as she is and in most cases men prefer it when the woman he considers to be HIS hasn’t been with many other men. If he truly wanted to spend the rest of his life with you he would have worked on growing your bedroom skills as well as pleasing you. You’re not a prostitute there only for his pleasure but it sure sounds like he treated you like one.

I really like Pinterest for inspiration. I started using it in high school way back when it was new. You can put together a board of what you think you would like to look like and start the process from there. Pin pictures of different makeup looks, different styles. They even have Tik tok pins of how they do makeup and how to style hair are also on Pinterest. You can make boards of what you want your life to look like and slowly work on those goals piece by piece. I also highly recommend the bo…

Thank you! They are certainly very interesting people living their best life. We are immigrants from a post soviet country and were dirt poor growing up but my parents never stopped doing the best that they can and are living better and better as time goes on. I never felt deprived of anything as a child because they made sure we still had a ton of fun even on a small budget. I do the same for my kids now too I try to delight them in every small pleasure I can find.

My father has deep vein thrombosis from a sports injury, had spinal surgery with a metal mesh put into his back to treat a car accident injury and recently broke his other leg with emergency surgery. He bought himself a sailplane and got a sailplane pilot’s license and is currently working on obtaining an airplane pilot’s license because despite his injuries he is still able to sit in a cockpit and fly. He also got into sculpting horses in bronze and bought a bronze oven that’s in the garage. He…

Bulgarian split squat, kickback, curtsy lunges, deadlifts, and hip thrusts are best exercises to isolate those butt muscles and grow your butt. For kickbacks you need to kick in a diagonal to activate the outer butt muscles

You can add resistance to donkey raises but I’ve built a lifted booty from those exercises. I add resistance bands now and it’s a very difficult workout. Also resistance band deadlifts, lunges, squats, kickbacks, hip thrusts, calf raises. They work to build muscle just from added resistance and progressive overload.

I like all those things other than dark arts and am still feminine. Femininity is about being rather than doing I believe. It’s more about the energy and appearance we exude than our activities/ hobbies. You can look classically feminine in any colors and styles while still accentuating your feminine figure. However I do believe our mannerisms and how we behave and how we speak factor into appearing more feminine/ masculine. For instance sitting slouched with legs wide open like man spreading, s…

THIS. Why has no one else addressed that he used to hook up with men also? It’s probably a huge part of his identity that he wants to keep secret.

Or you would know before based on his previous living accommodations. Was his place messy or clean before you moved in together? Was his car a disgusting dusty mess full of fast food boxes and empty water bottles or was it clean? Did he hire a cleaner or did his mom pick up the slack? I feel like these are all things you would just find out while you’re dating. I knew my husband never cleaned just based on how his place looked as well as his car. He still doesn’t but hey I signed up for that lol…

I think it sounds like he may have control issues and it’s not as much about how you acted in this situation. Think about it this way, if he gets angry that you figured out a better way to mop a floor imagine what would happen in more important future situations when you have to make decisions together? Also when he says you’re “too good for him” you need to listen! He’s literally telling you that you shouldn’t be with him and if he does anything wrong it becomes a catch all get out of jail free…

That book changed my life! I recommend it to literally every woman I know with problems finding and keeping a man. I went through a bad breakup and six months later read that book, and actually put in play the advice from it. Met my husband soon after. (Of course I think fate also had a huge part in it but the book certainly helped my self esteem). 7 years later and two daughters together I still read the book occasionally because it helps in relationships also!

I agree. European men especially Eastern European are more open culturally to being providers and having stay at home wives. The gender roles are much more traditional there and you might find a great wealthy guy in their popular vacation spots for the rich. All you have to do is show up to nice locations nice coffee shops, bistros, and look pretty.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
