It's kind of funny, my friend is doing what every guy here thinks women do; he totally whored around in his 20's, and is now marrying a women who has a job that can support them both. He's getting into the 'real' world know, but as he didn't start until 32, he's not high up the chain. I don't get what she sees in him, but I never got why so many ladies were happy to be with him

Yup, his brother acts in a similar manner (also my friend) but is less 'cute' and has more 'manliness' I guess, which doesn't seem to do it as well. My other friend (we've been buds since 8 years old) is short and balding, but has made 6 figures since 26 and is about the least creepy and nicest guy you could met. He's also a 35 year old virgin now.

We've known each other since we were 8, its not like he was doing this then, haha. And while he lies, as I said, it's really weird lies, and he's not actively harming people, unless you consider sleeping with women harming them. And it's probably that same charisma that has women wanting to sleep with him make him a good time to hang out with

True, I'm an attorney, giving fucks about every possible bad outcome is kinda ingrained. Will miss out on some opportunities thinking like that. And yes, I know my friend has literally done all 4 of those situations. Especially the last one. He's definitely slept with women the 4th of our crew would be trying to get with. But he probably wouldn't have made it work, so I guess not a huge deal

Is this sub too young for prequel memes?

Yup, I don't understand it. I can't deny it worked in his 20's, it's certainly not something I would have really believed if it wasn't someone I didn't know him since we were kids

But..its not him telling me. It's me seeing it personally at parties, it's over a dozen women I personally know telling me, it's his brother, my other best friend, telling me if the women he brings home He himself is oddly quiet on it unless someone is trying to call him out

I mean, I've been there in person many of the times, and I know many of these women as well. Every single time? Of course not, but I have no reason to believe he only does this when I'm around, and it's limited to people I also know personally

Oh, he would totally take advantage of a drunk girl. He just was (correctly) bragging he didn't need to that time. Also 100% agree, prior to his upcoming marriage, he's had no relationship that's been more than 2 years, as well, he's just. It built for it. Still no clue how it's happening, but I guess we'll see. Also, yeah, charisma is a good word. It also makes him fun to hang out with as a friend.

Hmm, I have a 'bad boy' friend whose well pass triple digits, but he's not a criminal, have any tattoos, or anything like that. I'm honestly not sure why so many women have wanted to sleep with him. I'll give it a shot: Good looking. That's the biggest thing, every girl thinks he's cute ridiculous confident in himself, even though he's not smart or wealthy and has 'successfully' bartended his way through his 30's. Seriously, it's to the point of delusion. huge liar. I don't know if this helps, b…

I'll say the women and men here are far more vile than anything I see in real life

That's how it should be. If you start thinking in terms of 'frequency' and 'initiation' something has gone horribly wrong, and hopefully you're not married yet

My state it was half of everything, of which she came into the marriage with debt, I came in with assets, then one year of alimony for each year we were married, and I have to maintain health and life insurance for her during that time. I make 105k pre tax, she gets 33k of my post tax each year, plus it's about 9k a year to keep health insurance for her. I also went ahead and used my half of the house equity to pay a high one time fee for my retirement, as otherwise it'd have been a killer. My s…

As someone who recently divorced his wife due to this, completely agree. As stay at home, and that is a killer on the way out, but still worth it

Yup, far more than actually get divorced would not have gotten married if they knew what the relationship would morph into. Luckily, divorce is pretty awful, so some folks just stay and suffer because leaving might be even more suffering

I prosecuted a man for grabbing his wife's nether regions, and he told the judge he did it to see if she still had something there. We're a pretty rural county too, so I don't think it's free game here. I've also prosecuted a husband for tossing a paper plate with a half eaten hot dog on it at his wife

I'd say year 3 is where I call it LTR. Have to at least give it time to get out of the Honeymoon stage

Attraction is certainly it, but studies show it falls despite all of that. As I said, you will quite literally be a better man, but the sexual interest won't even be a quarter of the DTF you have right now. I'd just suggest don't get married, and stay with someone only so long as they desire you. If that ends up being the rest of your life, all the better, but don't give up the ability to just walk out the door without a sheriff later coming to serve you papers

Err, so you haven't been in any long term relationships then, but your confident you know why sex stops after 5 years? The first 6-24mo of any relationship is DTF time, it's when that stops when you're if anything better than when you started dating is the puzzle

Well, sometimes they are attracted, but they lose it, but they didn't manage to get married yet. So they do less to keep it going until they can cross the finish line. Now, for some, they may use BJs in this situation instead of sex, so it's not perfect

I read something the other day about how most men think they're great because they love to go down on women and it makes them special, but it seems men on general just like going down on women so they're bragging about what's a standard thing for guys
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/22 02:03 PM

Yeah, I'd say this is a pretty good barometer. I can certainly say as the blow jobs went down the relationship was going too. At the start when it was great? Blow jobs for just taking her out for dinner on the drive back, or while watching TV, or really whenever. When the relationship had settled? Only during sex, and then rarely to finish. After marriage? Never

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
