| -2 | Echo chambersso your life experience is that all the women you know are pretty normal and not offensive, but you have learned through this reddit subfeed that actually, despite your own lived experience, women do things that aren't wonderful too? is that useful, do you think? like why did you join this - you have good life experiences with women b ut you just want some updates on the womenout there you havent met you who are worse then all the ones you know? | /r/MensRights | 17/04/26 12:17 AM |

| 1 | Echo chambersYes I think that is what it is about, or men who were abused. But that doesn't mean that ALL women are bad in the anecdotal ways that some where bad to them. That is my point. As u/Punder_man said ''But as a man who has been abused by multiple women.. I am NOT allowed to say "Because of my past experiences with SOME women.. I now treat ALL women as potentially dangerous to me because that's "Sexist" or "Misogynistic" or "Incel behavior"'.... | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 05:38 PM |
| 1 | Echo chambersI can agree that women who are false accusers or women who are rapists etc. are less commonly showed in media and that they are real! I have seen plenty of news stories about them, I am aware and believe it to be true and I don't think anyone would deny those realities in terms of especially the legal cases like where female teachers go to jail for having sex with rheir students, etc. I don't think that thwre is a question that males can be victims as it is enshrined in law and the law acts in t… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 05:35 PM |
| -1 | Echo chambersNot sure how to respond to that logic. Are you agreeing with me but you just don't mind being in an echo chamber - because women do it too? I know I am not forced to be in this group, am just pointing out that a lot of the info here is highly anecdoatal and generalizes all women to be like X or Y and that is an unhealthy way of relating to women - same as it would be an unhealthy way for women to relate to men. Several of the comments to my post, like yours, say '''but the feminists do it too!''… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 05:26 PM |
| 0 | Echo chambersI have never doubted that men experience domestic violence, did have male clients, and I also didn;t doubt they there are cases when they are not believed. There are also plenty of cases when women are not believed, especially about rape. Anyone can find statistics on these things. The point of my post is that it is happening to both men and women, that they are not believed, that they are both at the receving end of violence. And that thi subreddit just seems to focus exclusively about how men … | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 05:22 PM |
| 1 | Echo chamberssorry I don't understand. you were banned from a grouo after posting a link to the current cdc sexual violence survey asking for a source? but the cdc survey was the source? I don't get it. I don;t see how asking for a source would be a problem. Maybe it is the way you asked it? I would have to see the exact text probably to really understand. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:59 AM |
| 1 | Echo chambersI have not been posting negative things on this subreddit for a while, I may have only posted once before today, to be honest. I didn't know you didn't like me (you don't know me...) and my feelings are not hurt - but those assumptions say a lot about how you perceive disagreement. What I shared had no taunts in it at all actually, and it was not provocative. I did not juge or condemn. Moral authority. high ground. make yourself important. superior. failing as a person, again. ''You know it.'' T… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:43 AM |
| 0 | Echo chamberswell I post in this sub and I am not banned in any groups. You can see your own posting history in your profile - why don't you reply to this with a few things you previously posted in feminist subs? I would really be interested to see how you expressed yourself. It is hard to imagine based on the language and positioning you've expressed here, that you came in open and non-threatening for discussion. In just our conversations here you have said demonizing / vilifying, Fatphobes, Sexist, Misogyn… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:37 AM |
| 1 | Echo chambers''Its considered an acceptable reason by most women / feminists to justify their generalizing / demonizing / vilifying of ALL men.'' What is most to you? You are just exagerating based on a few loud people on the internet or, like you said, ''some'' experiences. You know just because some are loud doesn;t mean they are the majority. I do not think most women try to justify demonizing all men. That is just a strongly victim mentality for you to think and there is just no way it is true. You think… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:26 AM |
| 0 | Echo chambersNo, I said '' I don;t think anyone (man woman or dog) should say '' "Because of my past experiences with SOME X.. I now treat ALL X as...'''' We don't agree on that. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:20 AM |
| 0 | Echo chambersAgain you are using words like they are truths, but the things you are saying aren't allowed or not allowed. There is no allowance police. Men can certainly say they prefer sporty girls or big women or whatever, I have male friends who love brunettes, it's not not-allowed, no one is shaming him for liking brunettes. It just comes down to how you say it, and why you say it too. I mean why would you go around saying ''I don't date women over 160lbs''? Women are not ''allowed'' to discrimiate again… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:19 AM |
| 0 | Echo chambersI think there was a lot of anger here to start off with, to be honest. you've said absolutely stating a fact a few times but facts needs statistics and evidence with sources, otherwise just someone saying something and you replying that it is a fact, does not make it a fact. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:15 AM |
| -1 | Echo chambersThe truth from my experience working in a domestic violence shelter for a year (and in the court as par tof that job to help people get restraining orders) is that there was almost never a case where is was just the woman or just the man who was the abuser. Almost always it was a toxic relationship with two people with different issues - if they both didn't have serious issues, they likely wouldn't be in that situation in the first place. I never saw a victim and an abuser. And that doesn't mean… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:11 AM |
| 0 | Echo chambersSo much anger in these posts, honestly that is what I am seeing the most here. That person actually did use the word victim. They said ''How would you feel if you as a victim of domestic abuse call the police...'' And I was responding to that. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:05 AM |
| -1 | Echo chambers''Sure, the problem is though, the bad / manipulative or abusive women are NOT held accountable to the same standard bad / manipulative or abusive men are held to.. And that's a pretty big fucking problem don't you think?'' I do think it is wrong if people are not held accountable in equal and standard ways. I agree with you. I don't think that is what I am seein in most of the posts in this page though... It's mostly about like dating and how women like tall men or rich men (as if men also do n… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 08:02 AM |
| -2 | Echo chambersWell yeah I agree with that, I don;t think anyone (man woman or dog) should say '' "Because of my past experiences with SOME X.. I now treat ALL X as...'' I mean, that just doesn't make any sense. When would you apply the same logic elsewhere? If you had one bad professor or some then you wouldn't think they were all bad? | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:59 AM |
| -2 | Echo chambersI mean, how can we prove it? That would be an interesting experiment. Maybe ou can copy my text and put it in a group (which you are not already banned from) (and don't add anything else) - and see for yourself. But if that post does get you banned, it does not mean that women are evil and men are good - it just means the moderators of that group are seeking to direct the conversation in their forum in a particular way just like this one, and it has nothing to do with all other women... right? B… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:54 AM |
| 0 | Echo chambersI mean if a man reported a rape and was laughed at that would be 100% wrong, undoubtedly - same as a woman who is not believed or laughed at or told she must have tempted him or any dumb thing like that. They are just equally bad things. Men are not victims to unfair rape culture. Anyone who is raped is wronged, man or woman. Why is that controversial? You can discuss anything you want, my post is not saying you cannot discuss things, but about the way they are discussed that just seem inflamato… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:51 AM |
| -1 | Echo chambersI was really with you until you said I was failing as a person. Another very angry person, I see. Not sure what that part was about.. But the rest of it yes I understand your point about that men are seeking some comfort in this space because they feel like it is more common in society to blame men instead of women for similar actions. That said, devolving your post into saying that my use of the term ''echo chamber'' means I am trying to ''ignore my failins as a person'' is similar to the other… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:46 AM |
| -1 | Echo chambersThst job of mine was based in a domestic violence shelter, so I actually have a lot of experience with this. I am sure it is the case that men are unfairly accused and that women are unfairly accused too, I have seen A LOT and things I never even imagined are going on every day, but to pretend that it is secretly the men who are the victims and the women are endorsed by society to behave in a way (not sure exactly what you meant but i guess unfairly), just isn't a balnket fact. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:41 AM |
| 2 | Echo chambersActually interesting example because I was a rape crisis resonder in ERs for a previous job and I responded to a woman who said another woman going down on her was a rape, and it was treated as a rape... | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:39 AM |
| 0 | Echo chambersHard to believe you honestly since you replied immediately to my post with super agressive language and lots of one-sided interpretations, but maybe that's true and in that case sure it would seem unfair. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:33 AM |
| -2 | Echo chambersI don't know, I haven't been banned anywhere. But maybe you should think about the word choices you make, did you also say ''shut up and take it'' there? Maybe that is why you got banned. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:22 AM |
| -3 | Echo chamberswhy do you doubt it? the language in my post is equal for men and women. Why would I not be writing the same post there? What are you so angry about? | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:16 AM |
| -4 | Echo chambers''shut up and take it'' is very strong language choice. (I think that phrase is typically associated with forced sex, or is it also used in other cases? If this is mainly a phrase related to rape, why are you associating it with my post?) I did not say that at all. I did not talk about women's vulnerability either. I also didn't say women are allowed to do it and men not. I do not know why you quoted ''specially on reddit'' - I did not say that. I honestly do not know how you interpreted all tho… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 07:09 AM |

| -5 | "Young women feel a lot more negatively towards young men than the other way around"yeah it's almost like this entire men's rights forum extrapolating about all women | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 06:30 AM |
| -16 | "Young women feel a lot more negatively towards young men than the other way around"and young men do not have this same free pass - what is the manosphere then? it is just the same, it is just that people (men and women) can have online platforms and you can be smart or dumb, well-read or never-read, etc., literally anyone - man or woman - can make pots online and usually the less intelligent people talk the most. Generalizing things about all women based on those who post themselves on social media is equivalent to what women could think of all men based on Nick Fuentese sayin… | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 06:27 AM |
| -6 | "Young women feel a lot more negatively towards young men than the other way around"Actually in this forum I think a woman writing that would spark outrage, but a man writing it is somehow honorable. It goes both ways. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 06:24 AM |
| -2 | Maturing as a Man is realizing that Women view us as a survival strategywhat does maturing as a woman mean? That men view them as....? Couldn't a woman write this all the same way about predatory sexual behavior of men and wouldn't that make you upset? I mean, this is such a hypocritical generalization and so silly. Women are literally men's method for survival - women birth the babies. With IVF we literally do not need men, it is a fact. To post like this saying women need you for survival in 2026 is just stupid. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 06:19 AM |
| 0 | Why is it that a woman wants you to fufill and stay in your gender role but she doesn't have to?hm. are you just guessing or do you look through those forums and feel like this is a fair response because ''f she did it i can do it too'' sortof thing? does that make it better or okay, or is it lowering to someone else's low standards? anyways, if a woman were to generalize all men from one staged interview video, I would say the same thing to her. I would tell her to grow up. | /r/MensRights | 16/04/26 06:14 AM |
| -8 | Why is it that a woman wants you to fufill and stay in your gender role but she doesn't have to?Not all women want men to fulfill a specific gender role while they don't fulfil one themselves - and just because you saw a video of one man interviewing one woman doesn't mean literally anything. You know that these interviewers have an angle, benefit from subscribers and ads, and just clip and post what they wanted to feature in the first place - maybe he interviewed 100 women that day who said men can live however they want and women should too, but one woman said this, he just clipped that … | /r/MensRights | 15/04/26 03:05 AM |
