Still a big difference, girls with low body fat are considered hot regardless of how much lean mass (muscle) they pack, guys need to have low body fat AND have some muscle to be as physically desirable

First of all looking physically attractive for women is easy, they need to (1) be born with nice facial features and (2) keep a low body fat. Man need (1) and (2) plus (3) be born tall, (4) not go bald and (5) have some muscle

I need validation, the robot does not give validation. It would be like going to a prostitute. However, if the robot had an achievement system like in the Xbox, scoreboards, new unlocks, etc, that may make me motivated

I agree with OP. I was a bit overweight and balding, so I lifted weights for an year, lost 13kg of fat, and did a hair transplant, now I consider myself regular looking, but got no improvement at all in my dating life, since I only use online dating apps and I am not Chad looking. Unfortunately having a more active social life looms out of question for now, because I have barely no friends in the city I live in and I don't speak their language, plus being an immigrant is a huge turn off for girl…

Wow, this sure sounds similar to incel forums trash talking girls who got fat and old. As a guy who gold bald in his early 20s, I can say there's nothing to be done other than very expensive surgery which I could only do in my 30s. I'm glad that after spending a truckload of money and going through two surgeries I'm not bald anymore, reading this here would trigger me. Looks like the dream of the oppressed is to become the oppressor

Male lurker here Sorry, but I wasn't born with great genes (was balding early and am prone to gain weight) nor had money or time to improve myself and be desirable by girls in my 20s, and only in my 30s I got a good career, work life balance that allowed me to finally get in shape, and money to afford hair transplants, a nice apartment, therapy and self improvement, etc. Now I'm supposed to refrain myself from dating pretty girls that want me? When you were in your prime you wanted Chads, not me…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
