I think it depends on what you would define “alpha” as. For some, Alpha means being an asshole and always putting themselves first above others and not taking others feelings or actions into consideration. For others, Alpha means being a protector and a provider.. someone who is loving and supports/encourages others.

If I had to recommend one, I’d say Apollonia Ponti. She not only helps you to understand women but with a heavier focus to help and encourage men with confidence, self-esteem, etc..

I too have battled this in the past. I would recommend you read The Power of Now. It helps to place you in the current life and not the past or future life. Yes, your partner has had sexual relations with others and so have you. You’ve grown and matured from your past ways so what makes you think your lady hasn’t or is not capable or growing and maturing either? What does the past have to do with you and your lady’s present moment? All you can do is be the best man for yourself and the best part…

Reading this book right now actually. Like the person above, it definitely has changed my perspective, coming from a Red Pill lens.. The book has taught me to be myself and that I don’t have to be or act “alpha” to attract women. It’s helped me to develop a “take me as I am or leave it” attitude towards women and to be honest, I’ve definitely seen some positive effects, more so than Red Pill. Manson also calls out the Red Pill community, inadvertently, as being narcissistic. The examples he lays…

If that’s your prerogative, so be it. In most men, it’s in their DNA to be leaders. Everyone is a leader. But how do you lead? Do you lead others positively or negatively? If you don’t want to lead, do you man. No one is hindering you from that.

This is something that I had to shake/change my way of thinking as I was starting to detox from Red Pill. I’m a Christian Man. I realize this isn’t a religious sub.. For me, it wasn’t until I was in a coed small group in college at a local church that we had deep discussions about sex. Most of the young women in our group, cried and were very remorseful for their promiscuous behavior. Many of them came from broken homes, no father figures, no love shown to them or their mothers. Many of them had…

Lookup Apollonia Ponti on YouTube. Her videos and advice are gems. They definitely helped when I left Red Pill and even now. Much like what the other guys have said here.. you need to be the best version of you and women will naturally be attracted to you. Forget all the games and tactics.. that just ends up being more of a pain for you. Stay up bro.

I was in a similar position. I detoxed from RP completely when my, now fiancée and I first started dating. Of course she’s had bad relationships and experiences in the past and so have I. She says that I’m the best thing that has happened to her and she is the best thing for me. However, let’s face it, there are bad apples in every batch. Not every woman is dating with good intentions. Same applies with us men. That’s just reality. The Red Pill community thrives off the bad apples and applies it…

Prior to my fiancée, I had a very Red Pill view of dating. YT Content Creators will describe it as, “Overdose of Red Pill.” I agree with some aspects of Red Pill such as being the best version of yourself, i.e, working out/being in shape, pursuing goals/interests/and pursuing your purpose and being a hard worker in your business or using your current job to get to where you want to be. No problem with that at all.. I’m 28 years old, fairly attractive, 6’3” tall, former college athlete. I startin…
