Thats is exactly why I prefer that book. Because at its core its telling you without confidence and balls you’ll get nowhere with girls. Models by Mark Manson says the same thing by sugarcoating it with the word “vulnerability”. Why would you learn techniques, canned lines and routines at first, if deep inside you still feel not worthy? Sure a guy could learn techniques and games first and that will get him out the house and maybe a routine will land him a number or even an instant date, but if …

If youre just starting cold approaching you should definitely start taking baby steps, but simply be consistent. Try doing 5 or 10 approaches in total a week. Simply get the hand of opening up a conversation. Be conscious that your first approaches will most likely be bad as anxiety will riddle you, be ok with that. After youve done a fair few, focus on whatever direct or indirect approach of Game youd like to do. Key at fist is to build confidence.

I really enjoy reading W Anton’s The Manual. Its very straightforward and has some controversial takes but if I were only to suggest a single book, it would be that one

The best one in my opinion is Dating Essentials by Dr Glover. I also really enjoyed The Manual by W Anton. Good luck dude!
