I came here after managing to get a girl's number - that was proof to me that my feeling of being more socially capable nowadays after spending a lot of time on personal growth was actually correct. Thought i could learn some more things here but most of the guides are like "You need to/Don't do this/Do this bc it does that" and i'm like...no. That's not how that personal growth worked for me.
