Theres a very low chance you can beat allegations and protection order. (I know some people did, but not many). I wish I let mine go and not even contested it l. It happened to me 3 years ago, divorce finalized last year. If I had to give you advice as simple as it sounds but its true : it shall pass. I wish I did not stress out so much when all of it was happening (I know its hard). She is taking everything and kids and wants you to "fight" for it. I noticed one thing, the more I fought, the mo…

I have exactly same situation, it happened 2 years ago were already divorced and she keep renewing protection orders. Her accisations were way more dramatic than in your case but very first hearing judge granted her protection order but also allowed me to have overnight custody every other weekend and on top of thay after the divorce finalized I got half of all school breaks and 2 week uninterrupted vacation time per year with my child. Im so sorry you have to go through this and supervised visi…

Happened to me.man, it is devastating, but couple years down the road I learned to live with it, it will get better. Time is only thing that will help.

I am in similar situation, thank God I did not buy a house with her and I can see my kids every other weekend with overnight visits. Temporary orders denied spousal support for her as well, so I just pay cs. Trial is upcoming soon, well see how it goes. I wish you luck man

Sure thing. I do think it is a high amount. Mine is an administrative order, which means that I did not get a chance to negotiate an agreement. It means that the state pulled up my income from tax returns l and was automatically assigned to pay what they calculated. It's all automated now. On top of that, she also wants spousal support. She got denied in temporary orders hearing. She was asking for 800 a month for spousal support and 830 for child support. The court denied and ordered 750 child …

Yes I hear that alot that that's weird, but that's how it is for me. Thank God. I got a PO and RO against me and also PO was just renewed for another year and I still have my child overnights and a phone call every day so I guess at the end of the day I am not that dangerous lol

Protection order is based on hearsay, hard evidence is not needed. Women win those cases 99 percent of the time. All she has to say is that she is scared for her safety and you threatened her, even if it is not true, those verbal accusations alone are enough. The hardest thing to do in Family Court is proving a negative, beleive me man you are not alone. This happens to alot of people, most lawyers I called said that the only thing they can do is try to talk to her so she drops the order, other …

When you set a trial date in WA state you get to choose to have informal trial or traditional trial. I'm not sure what best to choose. There's no mediation. Its a high conflict situation and a contested divorce

Really sorry to hear that, I can assure you, you are not alone. Mine did similar thing to me but judge didn't buy it all the way so they just approved ppo against me but I get to see my kids every other weekend having them overnight. Alsonshe was not allowed to move out ofnstate with kids. She demanded dv classes, drug tests, mental evaluation. Judge refused to order all of those but did grant her request for protection order. It's really easy to get those nowadays. Stay strong brother.

I make 32 an hour, if she is on ebt she must have imputed minimum wage income if she's not on disability, that should be automatic . She forced state to withold my income and they calculated child support themselves which turned out to be less than what she demanded in courts. my child support is 750 a month

As long as you have not violated anything you shall be good. Also if you were ordered any classes by judge you do have to take those, if you don't they will extend it per petitioner request because you failed to comply(even if there was no violations). So as long you follow all rules and orders you shall be good.

Get married with a priest, not in court. Rings only, not signature. Like in old days. If she has problems with that, avoid at all costs

I do have one 4yr old. If it makes you feel better mine took me to court with false accusations. Person I did everything for whole 9 years. My kid loves me though. She took everything, my time, mi kid, and part of me. But we have to keep going.

We as men set our goals to have a family. The truth is, you can never guarantee that family will stay together. We have to have different goals, I'm in the same boat as you, but it's only first time for me.

I am not divorced, I been dating single women with no children. but I learn from mistakes of others not my own. You see, a woman is the one who mostly pushing towards marriage, and ironically woman is who initates divorce/break up 99 percent of time. Women always try to be in control of situation. We might not see it as control but it is. You see, if she couldn't keep up in her first marriage, what makes you think she would treat you any differently from the previous guy and build a healtgy fami…

Money wise. And you shouldn't care. She had different expectations from upcoming future (like 99 percent of women do) and she realized it was all imagination.

That happens because women are weak vessels. And all that nonsense about "strong" women is simply put in our heads by Hollywood and romantic literature. Men are the strong ones in this life, therefore the weak ones need to survive and use them for survival. Women are weak, they use manipulation in order to survive. A man does not need a woman to be whole, a woman does need a man. Therefore do not get offended, you are strong. Most men don't realize it.

Don't look for a relationship. A real one will find you. Remer never chase a woman, you won't keep up. They are the ones who supposed to chase men. Disney princess movies brainwash us, stick to mankind history.

Do not ever date a woman with children. Men with children is fine to date(talking to females) but not women, unless she is a widow

Hey man just know there's a million of us just like you, live one day at the time , no future no past. Today only. Be thankful to God for today. And remember one thing, if you have clean water, if you have a job to wake up to ,and if you can eat a meal every day, you are in the better place than 60% of population. Be thankful for good, fpr bad, because that is what life is about.

Mine is same but more on "victim mentality" side. I'm a "financial, emotional" abuser to her and she is becoming a welfare queen now accusing me of all kinds of stuff. Cops came 2 times to my house (had nothing on me) and left wishing me a good day and suggested to call them if she will try to provoke any situation. But I'm not like that though, I do see positives, but there would be way more positives if my 4yr old child wasn't involved and used as a weapon in this craziness.
