I mean, hair transplant/knee joint elongation/plastic surgery are possible, but the general public as a whole rarely resorts to those measures. It's better to maximize whatever deck life has dealt you, than stay at home and whine like an incel bitch. EVERYONE finds the willingness to improve attractive.
