Imo cancer has many factors, sometimes you just get it because of cellular entropy, a cell simply gets fucked when multiplying and turns into a cancerous cell. When you don't use an organ it can develop cancer more easily, you can lower the chances of prostate cancer by ejaculating often, and women can avoid breast and uterus cancer by having babies, if they abort/lose the baby they can also get cancer easier.
