Even at 74 inches that takes a lot of dedication to achieve—a lot more than "I worked out for several years without a specific program". If someone trawls your post history and digs up some random viewpoint they don't like, call them out on the logical fallacies they're committing. Ad hominem attack and reverse appeal to authority in this case. Him attacking you does nothing to the veracity of your claim. Why would I pay you an increase from $12 per hour to $13 an hour, when I can just hire someone new and continue the standard $12 an hour? This clicked nicely with me.
