How many people who regard Bear as a coward would have the guts to kill themselves or the person they put in distress if they were in that situation? Focusing on absolute low hanging fruit like Sneako and HSTikTok or whatever and labeling that as representative of men's issues is so disingenuous. It feeds into the narrative that a lot of what men struggle with is self-inflicted and deserved

Exactly, the term "incel" is already loaded and typically incites justified vitriol. If someone doesn't like what you're saying, they can simply label you an incel and that in and of itself is enough to dismiss any legitimate concerns you might have surrounding inequality. Suddenly you have to defend Alex Minasian before you can talk about how men get a raw deal

The false equivalency that is usually made is that just because something is by men means that it's also for men is probably one of the most overrated fallacies that is employed to front male privilege. The men at the top care even less for men at the bottom than they do for women and continuing to gender this issue has done serious damage to how we talk about inequality
