Other than 3 year difference, you’re right… like I’m talking to myself. It’s the new year… so I’m hoping and trying to focus on positive. It’ll get better. Good luck to you my friend. We’ll get through it. Sure, we’ll have these messed up setbacks and days where we’re depressed, sad and just plain miserable… but we’ll pull ourselves out. We have to! We just have to!

Thanks for the advice… but I’m not really needing that release, if you get my pun. I know that general senses is that as soon as you file or if you’re separated, you can date, have sex… whatever. We’re all different… I get that. I choose to wait until the papers are signed… and who knows how long after. I feel that I’m just not in the right mindset and sex wouldn’t really do anything different at this time. Again… just my feelings… could still be depression talking ha!

She’s definitely lying about many things she said in the depo, but I’m sure the new male squeeze is true. Lawyers did pull her credit card statements and what not… so they have most of that. It’s still a battle, as previous guy put it… but I wish I didn’t go to a depo… then again, I’m sure my atty would have told me about her new love.

Thanks! I actually forgot to mention, I do workout every day. Either run 3-4 miles, or workout… many days I do either of those and then walk another 4 miles around 5pm… just to clear my head and try to feel better. So I’m doing most of the things I could, but the stupid head is still messing me up. Thanks for your reply.

This story sounds so familiar. It’s been a year and 3 months since I filed. She’s on her second attorney and still delaying, for whatever reason. Meanwhile she living in an expensive part of town and paying over 2k a month on a small apartment just to be in the Rich district for her social media account. My attorneys keep telling me it’s part of the process and they keep pushing for settlement hearings and asking for court date… but it’s all taking forever. This new attorney of hers is even bigg…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
