She obviously thought he might be by virtue of the fact that she asked. If she thought he might have been, she should have asked at the time.

Ok. Can I move into your house today or are you going to discriminate against me?

I don't think it's even a little wrong for private establishments to set whatever kind of entrance rules they want. If someone wants to buy a building and turn it into a women's only gym that's fantastic more power to them. I only have a problem when it's publicly funded.

Seriously, I watched this earlier and the narrator is a massive tool.

Yeah...then maybe the women would be a tad more responsible when it comes to contraception and choosing who they decide to hook up with. It's the 21st century, do what you want, but there seems to be a crisis because people feel they should be divorced from the consequences of their actions.

That doesn't even need to be the case, she could spy allege that it is and there's zero way to defend against it under the proposed standard, that thankfully was not adopted. The man would have to PROVE that the consent wasn't based on her financial situation.

What if the "victim" were financially dependent on the "perpetrator"? If those guidelines had been enacted she could be screaming "yes yes" on film non-stop the whole time but later cry rape because she felt obligated to behave that way out of fear of losing her home.

Well that's what CPS is for and if they aren't doing their job that's an entirely separate problem that has nothing to do with this issue. The bottom line is that if one of the parents is a fit parent and wants the child, the other shouldn't be able to give it away without their consent. Adoption is right for a lot of these kids, but the state shouldn't be able to terminate the rights of a fit parent against their will.

Have you guys reached out to F.I.R.E.? They may be of a lot of help in your case, they specifically deal with cups freedom issues.

Or I don't know....not allow rapists to raise their rape babies?

Did he deserve what he got? No. Was it a stupid fucking decision? Yes.

I would also be willing to bet that if he attempted to defend himself the same do gooders would have rushed in to help her.
/r/MensRights28/09/14 03:15 AM

NO!!! Do not ask her why she's apologizing, that makes it sound like you think she has nothing to apologize for. If you say anything say you're willing to listen to the apology, don't agree to meet or call, make her write it out.

Because the story lacks credibility. Are there some insane cases out there? You bet. The situation as he describes it seems incredulous.

Sorry, you don't know the full story here. It could be she's a scamming whore, it could be he's a loser not taking care of his kid. It could be a lot of things, jumping to conclusions based on bias and partial information isn't what a true advocate for equality does, it's what an asshole does.

OK, so let's pretend the she makes $1,000 a month (for simplicity). Juan is supposed to contribute $250 a month but doesn't. So she has to make up the difference and is out $250 a month while he's not contributing, say for three months. Suddenly he pays her the $750 he owes, that's she's been filling in the gaps for in the interim...it's wrong to go get a few indulgences she had to do without because she was spending what would have been her spare cash to make up his portion?

It's not far fetched it all, I think it's pretty clear that it happens regularly. I just don't know (without other detail) that this is a good example of that.

Eh, I'm a little on the fence on this one. If this Juan fellow really was a deadbeat and she was spending everything she had to take care of her child, if he finally came through there's nothing wrong with treating herself. Are mothers receiving child support supposed to never get themselves anything nice? Maybe the OP knows more about this, but we don't know anything about her situation, assuming she's blowing money on herself while her kid does without is exactly the kind of assuming we hate w…

There's got to be a photo of her on the wikipedia article for cunt. There aren't very many women who deserve that label but someone that self involved and cruel deserves it.

Hrm...I'm thinking she hooked up with someone then after she did her husband she freaked out of the possibility that she might have gotten an STD and made up the rape just in case, to cover her tracks in case he came down with something. What a sadistic cunt.

I had a group of girls who harassed me I'm elementary school. It went on for about 4 months and complaining to the adults only made it worse when they mocked me. When I finally had enough I decked one of the girls ans got suspended for a few data but after that they never bothered me again.

Sorry but I carry my firearm everywhere I am legally allowed to. If I feel my life is in danger I would prefer to defend it no matter how bad it might make some cause appear. My life is worth more to me than someone's ignorant perception.
/r/MensRights19/11/12 01:17 AM

I'm still amazed the boys weren't accused of gang raping her....

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
