I'm referring to that 40% of women that only ever had 2-3 partners (plus the 10-20% perma virgin "asexual"). I think Tinder culture is digging into that 40% and making them more sexually active. Access to Chad has always limited things. Not super hot women don't have enough regular access to Chad to think they can have sex with him. That's changed now. For young people, a big "resource" is access to exclusive social circles.
