Yeah just list and go punch the numbers to everywhere you want to get treated - talk to the Onc nurses. If you need more help ping me and we'll find a way to connect off the grid.

I am also a TRPer - a little less lately - but work in this field especially advanced SAFE clinical trials. Go to clinicaltrials.gov and spider your exact situation. For what it's worth, stay away from Chemo and Radiation as much as possible if you still can. The antibody drugs are generally easier on you though you will feel nausea and chills (usually a good sign they are working ;) Go for Phase 3 trials as priority... Phase 2 likely dicier Just saw you have no insurance - go for charitable car…

Bought and read the relevant sections - good pithy writing as usual. The Plate Theory plus Roosh's 'women are oil wells - know they run out some day' are the 2 most important ironclad never-forget Frames that I would bestow on every young man. I also appreciated the commentary on dating down 1-2 SMV points (attributed to Roissy) to help install and maintain this Frame until it is second nature. In addition to us 80percenters who are not and never can genetically or psychologically be Alphas or B…

No argument there - but LTRs? Not saying it can't happen - it can. But statistically the Average Joe will have stre-esss! Hypergamy being what it is, the Dude has to have terrific frame, major $$, and lots of connection.

OP here - don't get hung up on the 40y, was just replying. Any length of time where you're past honeymoon (12-18mos+). Shit happens on both sides. Perfect couples get hit with family, economic, health, accidents, etc. In my highly aged experience over the long term, kids / milestones / parent illness or deaths / job loss or changes really throw LTRs for a loop at minimum on a subconscious level

But also - the tricky part for this generation is High N and Alpha Widowed women.... again if you are thinking LTR at some point

--Some may not agree with me here, so why are we constantly told to lift, keep fit, wear proper clothes and so on? Isn't that an admission that we need to maintain a high SMV in order to keep a high SMV woman?-- We are hitting with these comments above the possible 'sweet spot' to be in an LTR. I am saying: be Red Pill, be all the confidence and self-maintenance and career-focused as stressed above. But also know that if you are thinking LTR at some point that all kinds of beta-ization shit will…

Just sayin - over 40 years you will have challenges. SMV will tend to drop. Easier to Frame right from the start. I am not talking fuglies, I'm saying 1 SMV point always you are above she isn't yours, it's just your turn - yes that stays always in place

right - and he is at least 1 SMV point above her but what say you about High N and Alpha Widowed? Again - I'm talking to the guys who can't outcompete Bad Boys and the Top 20% of men where women automatically fight to lock down

Good reminder that women are a side dish, you always maintain your mission. The generally great feeling I get from being in shape, having cash and a happy life is it's own reward. It's a great side effect to have possibilities for a hot encounter, but its beta to make that your GOAL

Don't ever LTR with a high notch woman - no matter how 'clean' she's been since the early days. She's a fucking Alpha Widow and will never be yours unless you're 2x Alpha... even then, shit happens and you'll drop to equal or less and then pooof... divorce rape. Men can't love women, women love children and maximal cock, and children see this then love puppies

I would tend to agree with this - although the Boomer Fathers (or theirs) had good intention. They saw firsthand the Great Depression, WW2 and Korea, and redpilled then advanced to conquer their economic status. Result: many workaholics who left the (male) childrearing to the wife. Guess what happened? The 60s rebellions, and the cuckpoliticos of today. What saved me was my Dad's redpill advice on women (when I had him one-one, in the car usually...) and a bunch of old Midwest farmers who also s…

Common CH declaration, it is a Truth. However in this era it doesn't work because now equal to 'children' is the 'cock carousel' (or branchswings soooo easy with Tinder etc. technologies). It's more like Men can't love women, women love children and maximal cock, children seeing this can only love puppies

I used to think mutual respect and understanding - and working toward a vision of a Life Together. But I think this is the Man feeding his own bullshit. Tell me if I'm wrong, but Thought for (most) Women is defined 'AfterThought'. I'd also be interested in your shit test advice.

Unless you're a 20percenter Alpha, where you have the run of the house... it's important to get quiet time and write down your true feelings and the true facts, and dissect them for Your New Frame. 100% of the time it is to Move On and Carpe Diem with as many new friends/women as I have time to engage. From there the healing begins if you are hurting, or the perspective expands if you are sure of yourself. And it's a whole lot of fun. Ultimately, I have a spreadsheet of Plates where I rank them …

A few general truths: Semen has tons of cholesterol. As guys age, their cholesterol goes up (??because) their sex/fap goes way down. Mmmmmm.... Use it or lose it for most things concerning bodily function If you're seeing a woman, a fap release allows you to please her cause you are more able to last longer

We all adjust and we all have to figure out the cost for achieving 'IT' (as in 'I made it'). Guess what, the world turns and shit happens. Red pill is great - no question. Know it well. Understand as much as our terrific contributors provide as to why men are LTRing, PUAing, and MGTOWing. Know if you go LTR, there are withdrawals ahead once it ends. Know if you go PUA, there is some form of pair-bonding decline (partial if not total) that will occur. Know if you go MGTOW, there is a part of 'lif…

Some science behind this - but it's worth checking further with experts and PLEASE REPORT back. I am way older than you guys... so did the viagra thing for a little bit. **However one guy at a nutrition store explained the following: The same precursor hormones flow into both women and men. For women, its estrogen at the end and for guys it's Big T. DHEA feeds both. You should be able to get this at Walgreens but it's sometimes hit or miss... but the key thing is YOU MUST TAKE EXTRA ZINC TO DRIV…

"nowadays Alpha males have never had it so easy in terms of banging loads of women" I see so many 4s and 5s upping their looks - it's real competitive for them. Are they successful? I mean, are they hooking up online with Alphas 24/7... as in like ordering takeout. I'm just not seeing evidence of Alphas like kids in candy stores shooting off their wad 10 times a day in their apartments like Jabba the Hut into all these willing sluts in the 4-7 range. Input welcome!

Right on target. Just like Delilah manipulated Samson, women's manipulation and lack of forethought spiraled us out of happy days.

Terrific post. A practical comment and a literary comment: Since my SMV can go up or down 1-2 points (I'm a professional/entrepreneur and get cortisol every so often...), I have had HB8s but then lose them... so it's important to KNOW your SMV. In picking stable relationships, I get more of the women traits you talk about by picking 1-2 points BELOW my STABLE SMV. It also institutionalizes a ZFG frame ... unlike a (male) hamster treadmill trying to keep a HB7+ satisfied while she is on Tinder ev…

I've been redpilling since my Divorce rape, no regrets ....hit Online and it's been a terrific fuckfest and I didn't (mostly...) give away my heart. That is the key -very tough for you young guys. My 2 main pieces of advice - especially if you're not in the top 25% Alpha category: When you're starting out, go for women that are below you One SMV point. Maybe Two if she has other attributes (great personality, gives great head consistently). That way, you will get GREAT practice having the right …

The easiest way for us nonAlphas with modest Game to accomplish this is to aim for women 1 or 2 SMV points below you. Your slightly lower attraction and realization of the SMV difference auto-defaults you into the right Frame.

Thoughtful and true view of the landscape. Another gem I've posted here - to significant debate - is for 80percenters if you go LTR aim 1-2 SMVs below you. You're much more likely to get the woman you describe. The 'unhealth' over a 30y marriage for me was also -hell primarily - economic. In this era, that type of 'unhealth' is nearly unavoidable - so you WILL be distracted and have a high chance to lose SMV/go beta if there's a De/Recession.....umm like the last 10y (hint: we're still on low in…

If you want to constantly game (or enough to drain your balls satisfactorily), and have that stamina whilst maintaining your 'mission', completely agree. Don't get all beta mushy on that HB7+ however or she'll shut you down. As I said, this is for guys who are in the 4-7 range with a hard time converting to game and associated stamina... after much effort. Maybe they have some unavoidable disability of some type. We're not all PUAs yet want to drain our balls on the steady too.

I completely agree - whether looking for ONS or any longer relationship. Sevens and higher have had major alphas if they've been dating a while... your game will take over your life to keep her. My best advice is to a) come to grips with YOUR maximum SUSTAINABLE SMV (as we all have stressors in life that can't escape if you're a regular guy and not a trust fund baby) b) go for women you are happy to bang that are 1-2 SMV points below you Admittedly I'm talking to guys in the middle of the bell c…

Do you have a nonWoman mission in life? Take the bros advice, lift, eat lean, think and plan your nonWoman life. Do the dinner but mentally take all her makeup off, imagine her bald, in a dirty Tshirt. Then leave unspoken like the guys say - but communicate with your eyes that you're waiting for her to qualify for the Prize (you)

Amen brother. However, there are a lot of long term relationships and marriages. Are they happy? Likely statistically no. But they've found a way to stay out of the 'options game' you eloquently describe. If they're smart they keep SMV up with that attitude. I do get depressed sometime, as it seems the world has turned to branch swinging. Yet, some things about the world makes me wonder. For instance, knowing all the personalities and now smartphones impact here as well - how is it that we even …

2 guys with same frame, bod, etc. - one balding. Who gets preferred? Had a hairpiece since 40, in consulting/marketing - makes a difference as one gets older. Boomer women will stay with the conversation longer if there's hair on that older face/bod....IMO

So to bed the 6s... its my opinion you have to be a solid 1-2 SMV points better than her... and stay there without any betaization and it helps that she does too stay at her level... plus is coming off a dry spell.

I read somewhere that the top alphas 15% of men... and over 65% of all women.. yes.. are the all-in participants in the SMV sweepstakes. The guys get it free anytme they want, if not from the HB8+ then its easy to dip into the 6's. 5 minutes of alpha equals 5 decades of inflated SMV
