Thanks for the good advice. I'll have to disagree with you about yoga. I grew up on a wrestling mat, and have been athletic my entire life. Yoga is by far the toughest form of exercise you can do next to pilates. I'm physically stronger than I've ever been in my life, and my balance is excellent. Try yoga before you knock it.
