I dont think its systemic oppression so much as all the teachers being female naturally inclines the education system to be more beneficial to girls because boys dont necessarily learn the same way.

The Boy Scouts has always been about teaching children to be mature well balanced adults by teaching them responsibility and teamwork and exposing them to various possibilities for their prospective careers. If these same teachings can be extended to girls as well as boys I think both will be better off for it.
