For the water there is a one gallon metal jug in the camping section of Walmart that is perfect to carry in your car and everywhere you go. I love it because I can fill it on the road at those water bottle machines in Publix for 35 cents and as a bonus you can load your nickles and dimes into the machine after and get quarters back if you are also into savings you spare change (I save about 600 a year that I use on vacation)

So far 4x25 push-ups in the morning before going into work. Then 2x50s , 25 airsquats, 25 dips and I had to stop situps because it's bruising my back. Was hoping you ramp up the other excersizes and end up doing 100 of each at the end of the month.
