There is a difference between attacking and forcibly restraining someone. As far as I could see the bouncers didn't strike (punch or kick) the guy. They put him on the ground and held him there requesting that someone call the police. It's not their place to do anything after he is off of the business's property though. It depends on the context. If the white person is calling the black person (or vice versa) worthless because they believe they are innately worthless because of their race, it's racist. Same goes for the gender thing. It's sexist if you believe that the entire sex is innately stupid because of the bits they were born with.
