Everybody is out to get everybody else ,my dad told me in their day they had a better community at work,it was fun and they'd make jokes with one another and hang out after work,nowadays there this perception of work is work and colleagues aren't your friends they're your competition,you greet them when you arrive and greet them when you leave,day in and day out.which I think causes stress and this affects your life in ways we don't realize and he'll yeah getting home tired and filled with stres…

And I think that why it's all going to shit. People literally go to work, get home, and are so exhausted that they collapse onto the couch watching some TV wake-up go to work .... and then you still get underpaid in this economy.
