I mean.. I agree with you, but this sub does get hateful at times. I'm all for fighting for men's rights, and I do think certain things are unequal for men, but this sub goes off the rails and comes across as a bit hypocritical at the worst of it. This could be said about women who do the exact same thing though. Also not sure about the rest of the world, but the word "tart" does carry some weight in the UK.

I totally agree with this, I've always seen it this way lol. The loud bitter ones are giving it a bad name but I'm for women's rights.

Yeah... this sub can be alright at times but lately, or for a while, it's become really toxic towards women. I'm all for men's rights but goddamn there are some bitter sexist people here.

Not the person you were talking to, but I'm supportive of peaceful protests. People using their right to send a message. If people wanted to protest Obama, I'd gladly support their right. Plus, from what I've heard and seen, these marches have been peaceful.

Thank you for this. I agree with everything you said, wholeheartedly. I'd love to see a men's march focusing on the issues we face, but why should that mean we shit on and invalidate what happened today?
