Lmao, says the guy who let his girl go out and prolly entertain other guys. You may think your frame was strong for not breaking it off with her in the beginning. Mr. Big man over here. :'D It’d be nice to actually see what you all do and look like in real life. It'd be nice if you just DID THINGS. Mods have podcast, they upload it on yt. You can see and hear them and they tell what they do.

Okay, but i have done it too and it is even less complex than what you wrote. Simple solution is to encourage the feedback loop that your body's mechanism is giving to you. In other words, tools to avoid porn all together is in your body. Think of your brain as a machine or ai...it just optimizes for getting as much of good stuff and avoiding as much of unpleasant stuff as it can...it bases good and bad on our biological imperatives. Reproduce? Good. How does your brain know if it's real deal or…

Not the jews mate. People in general. Men in general. My point is, there is no point in writing about specific tasks God wants us to do. Yes there are examples, but that's what they are, examples. There are underlying principles that we have to understand. In the case of lifting, the principle is to be strong. In a world where men are mostly skinny, fat or skinny-fat, without actual strenght, the principle to be strong is applied with lifting. Because there is a need for it that wasn't there bef…

"Jews didn't exercise" Mimimi, okay, but were they fit? Strong? Yes. Men in general were. In fact, most Christians today got nothing on Jews who "didn't exercise". There is no need to write about lifting if 99,9% percent of men are very very fit. But writing about being strong... Well that is a principle. Today this principle should be applied in a way that makes christian men strong. So lifting is not an suggestion.

I suggest running. Without music or any kind of podcasts. I am aware this sub and all rp subs emphasize lifting... There is sound logic to it and i agree. But running is what human body is mainly built for. We are long distance pursuit predators. It should help with adhd or in your case getting of off meds. For motivation... Discipline is probably the answer, not motivation. But if you do decide to ride the wave, you better set up your schedule and surrounding so when the motivation wears off, t…

Comment from rocknrollchuck has the best resources for battling and beating porn addiction, although maybe subconsciously all of them helped, i can only describe experience, that Aha! moment, the mysterious stage of illumination that happens when you deal with an issue and it finally just clicks. I have been trying to put it in words and i think this will be understandable. The Grand Click happened when i was scrolling through recommended videos on youtube and saw a thumbnail of an attractive cu…

It maybe gets their attention but it turns me off. If we are supposed to do tricks, I can do some sleight of hand instead, much better tool for first making panties wet and later for them to come off.

Yes, 5 love languages is nonesense. My girlfriend showed me this nonesense, did the test couple of times, it left bad taste in my mouth even when i wasn't as redpilled as now. And the amount of spam i got from that is unbelievable.

Consumerism, not capitalism. Open market, competitiveness, private property are all good and well and it's a neat system. People being drones and choosig fast, easy and secure to the point where freedom is nonexistent and you don't really own the thing you buy (for example, damn Apple products) are the problem. And the reason people do this, is the same reason people think abortion is ok. The reason is that they don't want to think about it. Just give easy way and have my data, my money and my s…

Listen ladies, anything that observes nature and applies physical phenomena to people, only keeps rediscovering the wheel. Buddhism still uses nature to cope with death. People don't cope with life, we cope with lack of it. It doesn't describe spiritual. Spirit is SOLID. It gives MEANING. It ANIMATES. And the most important, it's not anything that material is. For example i can apply inertia (from physics: tendency of the object to resist the change of velocity) to human mentality. It is very ha…

Lol Gnosticism. We're all fleshly, the correct translation is fleshly, but it doesn't describe the greek perfectly. Why? Because english is too simple. In my language it's "soulish" and so is in greek. Soul is an individual. Not some invisible ethereal esoteric bs. Women are soulish, men are soulish. Nobody is an exception. We are all soulish. No amount of red pill is going to make John 3:16 to happen. Yes you take control of the flesh, but death still waits for all of us. Be as red as you want.…

Men hitting the gym and getting into red pill is just immune system getting activated, creating new antibodies, but society isn't even sick yet. What i mean, there is not many symptoms yet. This is only incubation period we're in. I'd say there is 10-20 years until real symptoms start to show and 50 years before shit hits the fan and our society becomes bedridden from all the literal infighting. Immune system (strong men) will be attacked even harder and very directly. We aren't yet. Vast majori…

There is either do or do not. Don't want to be focused only on looks? Then do it. Just do it. "easier said than done" Yes, it's hard to just do things. Practice makes perfect. But anyway here's the tip. Train your focus. Get a mission. Read the sidebar.

I think your father is not stupid, right? So think about this, he constantly sees you with different girls, no woman has a hold on you like on him. Do you think he doesn't notice? He probably does. So my guess is, he is too shy to ask. You are young, he is supposed to teach you, not the other way around. Maybe talk to him about few small things regarding this woman. Don't spew RP material all over him though. Just toss him one or two simple, practical advices, so he can see the contrast between …

I don't think you are right. Our enemy is not human. People are just puppets. Enemy is spirit. Powers in high places. Municipalities. Ideas. Call it what you will. It's like going uphill to some point that you have in mind and thinking that people too lazy to go up are your enemies. No, the hill is your enemy, your obstacle. This is battle of individual will though, that is right. It's individuals that have to decide to go up and help go up those who are hanging onto a tree because they've been …

No no, don't worry about stupid, smart, or appearances. I mean latter day saints. They have sketchy view on Jesus' divinity. Yes they they accept him, trust him are grateful for his safrifice BUT...He is not recognized as God himself. Father and Son are one. Not in 'they are so coordinated and unified as one' but literally same God. https://youtu.be/tJAZfVcAo1Y Here is a bit lenghty video, but i advise you listen to it(ye you can just listen while doing stuff if you have no time watching) it tel…

Okay i see. To be crystal clear, Jesus' death and ressurection is the most important piece of the gospel. Gospel or evangel means Good News. Why is it important? Because it is the last blood sacrifice ever to be offered. That's why Jesus is also called Lamb. You know, that whole deal in the OT. People sacrificed animals so their sins would be covered or forgiven. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23) In other words, you pa…

Your best bet is catholic if you're in Europe . Although you'll have little to no say in anything so choose wisely. Then there is orthodox. In my opinion though, church is not for spoonfeeding the flock with interpretation. Church is a gathering of people to read and think about scripture together. Sharing revelations, perspectives. Most importantly if it's orderly and people can discuss, then there is better chance of talents or gifts being used amongst people. But if there is one guy teaching …

Yeah sorry man. I don't know how to deal with fathers, don't know mine. I know how to deal with people older than me though, luckily my grandfather was the best guy and many other elder people respond to me well. So i will dare to take my best shot at this. Confront him. Respectfully of course. I mean, try to tell him what is wrong, what could be better, without any resentment at all. Also, one thing at the time. That is, if you want to do this by yourself. But if all of your family can coordina…

I know most of you will probably comment and say that you should respect your father, and even though I know that to be true there is nothing about him at all that makes me respect him. Not respect as you would respect a rival or really competent coworker or just a man with a lot of discipline and iron will. Respect as in duty you have. Either respect dignity of human being or respect you owe to an elder. It's not love, it's not admiring kind of respect. Also, maybe it would help if you respect …
