1	My brother is fighting for custody for his son in a state that heavily leans towards giving custody to the mother. What are some things he can do to help his case? I live in California,and I am not a lawyer. I got full custody of both my children, by getting a hold of her phone and using the text messages therein to prove that she was using and selling meth. Also text messages she has sent me (stupidly on her part) proving that her boyfriend is also a user.
