Yes I read most of it and concluded a lot of it was crap. I kinda got to this sub on accident, saw this post, and replied. I don't have any intentions of becoming an active participant in this sub. I just saw the guy's post and thought I'd try to help him out. Besides what does it matter whether I have or have not so long as the advise works for him?

I'd say tonight. It's less room for her dwell on what she could consider to be a blunder on her part. Just remember to smooth it over when you meet up something like: "hey I'm not used to be being approached. I think you're really attractive I just didn't know how to respond I'm excited that we’re hanging out" (I wrote that out in my best guy voice) Not in those exact words but get that message across for sure.

Honestly, maybe this is just the way I roll, but my move, if this were me with a guy, would be to completely bypass it (the apology I mean). Nothing says that didn't offend me than not acknowledging it. Just don't say anything like "anyways" or "whatever", although I'm sure you probably already knew that. Or you can be supper honest about what happened, and subtly compliment her in the process. This would be a STUD MOVE if done right. Key word here being right. Do it wrong and you'll come off as…

Hey I'm a girl u/ probably makes that pretty obvious. I don't even know if you all welcome girls on this subreddit or if it's like a for guys by guys thing, but anyways I think it's perfectly fine. I don’t see anything wrong with you not like talking, but if you're not talking you should be listening. I'm a chatty girl, and I actually prefer quiet guys. I don't mind holding the conversation, but if you don't: ask for clarification, agree/ disagree at least occasionally, or ask me questions of yo…

Why do you not believe her when she says that she doesn't usually approach men? Also, I doubt that the reason she was being forward was due to drinking. She was probably embarrassed after you didn't reach out to her again. I'd say that you should pursue it women don't often approach men which means she may be especially interested in you which can only assume would lead to a more productive relationship than one where the guy is the main one reassuring the mutual attraction

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
