Monthly GoalsI'd like to lose another 1% body fat. That's a big one. The other thing is that I'm currently separated from my SO, just taking a little break so we can improve ourselves. I'd love to make some strides on being a good person so that we can make things work again. That'd be the best. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/06/16 05:34 AM
So Who Does the Dishes?I love this whole post! You have an amazing mindset. I kind of went through the same thing, except he hated how I washed and I hated how he just put the dishes away wet (we don't have a dishwasher) so now he washes and I dry and life is good in our household. :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/03/16 09:56 PM
Why my SO is not my best friend with benefitsI think it depends. I refer to my SO as my best friend, but it's because I have more trust and faith in him than I do in almost anything else. I can trust him to handle me and my life. I don't know, I don't think of it as being synonymous to the typical usage of the word. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/16 06:40 AM
40 days of penanceI guess I'm not necessarily going to give something up, but I'm going to start really pushing the STFU principle in my life. Not much grinds my gears with my SO, but the things that do make me way too vocal. So time to learn to just STFU and simmer down. Should be fun, considering we share a 110-square-foor studio apartment. But, I need to learn. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/16 05:07 PM
Instagram Husband - rpw please don't!Right? I'm so lucky when I can steal a photo with my boyfriend. | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/02/16 04:48 AM
Instagram Husband - rpw please don't!Lol, I loved this! I grew up in a photography family, so sometimes I guess I'M the Instagram husband.. Haha. | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/02/16 09:21 PM
Time to share: what have you improved since joining RPW?I probably joined a year ago. I've been in a committed TRP relationship for nearly 3 though, so I wasn't new to the philosophy. I've just recently started posting - maybe like a month ago? I've been learning to just accept & respect his choices. I'm the biggest brat on the face of the planet, and learning to curb the sass when we're in a serious situation has been so difficult for me. Like I hate going back to my house when he asks me to. I don't think I'm ever going to stop hating it, but I'm l… | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/02/16 08:10 PM
Let's talk nicknames/petnames!This is too cute. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/02/16 04:11 PM
Let's talk nicknames/petnames!I was hoping I wouldn't be the only one with a food-like nickname. My SO calls me ganache. Always makes me chuckle. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/02/16 04:08 PM
6 Confessions of a Bad WifeI can definitely get not wanting him to go deep down, but barring him from going is as selfish as it gets. | /r/RedPillWomen | 29/01/16 04:06 PM
Top 10 complaints from unhappy husbandsReading these made me so sad. It was nice to be reminded why we're here and why we're practicing this philosophy. TRP philosophy is so much more than creating alpha men - its about creating suitable women. And I feel really lucky to have you all with me on this journey of self improvement. Keep fighting the good fight, ladies. Please yourselves and please your captains. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/01/16 11:43 PM
Can We Speak Supplements/Beauty Routines, Please?I normally just take one 5g scoop a day. Some people take more, but I find more than 5g makes everything super chalky. Sometimes I take it before the gym, sometimes after. I've found it makes no difference for me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/01/16 03:50 PM
Can We Speak Supplements/Beauty Routines, Please?Normally I just throw them into my amino acid preworkout, since my BCAAs are in a powder form ( I think you can find pills too but I'm not sure ). Other than that, sometimes I'll add them to my shakes and very rarely I'll cook with them. I find that I retain more water when I'm on creatine and BCAAs. I'm not trying to get big up top, but I really am trying to grow my legs. The extra water can really help with the bulk. The only other thing I really get from BCAAs is that they keep me from gettin… | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/01/16 03:07 PM
Can We Speak Supplements/Beauty Routines, Please?Supplements I supplement different than most women, but I find that these are the best way for me to stay healthy - probiotics creatine BCAAs omega D3 fish oils amino acid preworkout protein powder Skincare This is a weak spot for me. I have really dry, sensitive, picky skin. Im on an acne medication to prevent minor breakouts. Other than that, this is all that I use: wash with water only 2x daily Studio 35 Moisture Recovery Lotion Lanolin (for super chapped lips) Neutrogena sensitive skin sunsc… | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/01/16 01:05 AM
What to wear at home after work? When I get home I normally switch into nice denim or black pants and a comfortable but shape-fitting shirt. I'm a big fan of American Eagle's High Rise Jeggings because they're not only EXTREMELY comfortable, but they look nice and they hug your body. For comfortable but nice looking tops, I'll usually throw on one of my comfier Express shirts (for examples see Here, Here, and Here.) or a Victoria's Secret PINK V Neck. There are plenty of other options for comfy tops too! Like /u/Kittenkajira sa… | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/01/16 07:09 AM
Feminism is truly a good thing for women. It helps weed out weak men. This is a really good response. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/12/15 02:47 AM
Things not to do this Christmas season.Oh I don't, I just thought that this was a good eye opener and maybe a reminder about the holidays. :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/12/15 03:19 AM
Things not to do this Christmas season.I feel the same way! I love every idea on this list. I think the one that really tipped me off is the one about the proposal. As if being with someone forever isn't enough of a gift already. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/12/15 05:49 PM
Things not to do this Christmas season.Socks are always my favorite. Love me some boot socks. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/12/15 05:48 PM
Weekly Self-reflection Thread: 7/12/2015I've never commented on one of the weekly self reflection threads, but I'm really proud of myself this week. *Attitude - been swamped all week working on finals. Haven't really had a chance to spend time with my Captain. Have managed to not be in his space and in his way, and have avoided any arguments. I've stayed calm when he's tuned me out, and I've done a really good job employing some of the advice I received from you ladies last week. This is a huge milestone for me, since I deal with aban… | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/12/15 11:17 PM
RPW in a NutshellThis is so accurate for me. For the longest time I didn't understand things because my Captain loves tattoos and some of the more taboo things on here. It took me forever to learn that some of this information just doesn't apply to us, and that I don't have to listen to every little bit. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/12/15 09:57 PM
Is it normal to feel embarrassed by your significant other? How much should I ignore those feelings?I'm glad you have a similar experience! Nothing is better than finding someone who is both a great Captain and enjoys things you both love. It's that much more rewarding. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/12/15 06:29 PM
Is it normal to feel embarrassed by your significant other? How much should I ignore those feelings?I don't really have anything to add other than you can find higher value men that are interested in those things. My SO is as Red Pill as it comes, and is in electrical and computer engineering. Everyone else has given you more than enough good advice, but I thought I'd say that you CAN find high value men in "nerdier" fields. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/12/15 06:14 PM
I'm planning a Moogley Week!My SO and I decorate homemade sugar cookies every year. More than anything, it's an excuse to eat all of the broken ones.... Still, it's something we both love. I mean, seriously. Sugar cookies are the best. Now, that being said, I can see most men seeing cookies as a feminine thing, but i really don't think that's one of the more troubling things on the list. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/12/15 05:55 PM
How to be seen, but not heard? This is great too. I love the email idea! He normally gets so mad at me because whenever I have an idea or I see something he'd enjoy, I text it to him. I'll definitely start doing the email thing. And I'd never thought of headphones as positive, but I like the idea that it allows you to do you. Thanks so much for the awesome advice! | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 08:43 PM
How to be seen, but not heard? Thanks for this. Being over-supportive is a curse sometimes, but it's nice to know I'm not the only one who's had to learn to handle it. Thanks for solid advice and the reality check! | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 08:25 PM
How to be seen, but not heard? This is awesome and exactly what I needed. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who is over-supportive at times. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 08:24 PM
How to be seen, but not heard? This is good advice too. I'm trying to get good at letting him study without being a distraction, and I've gotten a lot better. The biggest issue right now is just learning how to deal with it internally without feeling like I'm not doing enough. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 08:19 PM
How to be seen, but not heard?Yeah. I've gotten a lot better about "helping" in my head, and just doing nothing like he wants, but sometimes I just mentally break because I feel like I'm failing. How did you come to terms with the fact that doing nothing is helping? Or how do you deal with it on bad days? | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 08:18 PM
How to be seen, but not heard?I'll definitely do that from now on when I'm able to get away. Its an awesome idea and it makes it so that he knows I'm available as needed, which is the part that I struggle with. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 08:01 PM
How to be seen, but not heard? Thanks. I try to avoid doing things for him, I think sometimes I just try to hard to help him relax. I know he's completely capable of his own work and achieving his goals, I think I just occasionally am a little to focused on making sure he's emotionally and physically satisfied. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 07:50 PM
How to be seen, but not heard? The hardest part about this is that we share a studio. I meant to include that above, which is why I said seen and not heard. Still solid advice, I just figured I'd clarify why I used that analogy. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/15 07:47 PM
